吉林敖东提升红参生产折干率项目质量管理改进研究

【摘要】:质量是医药行业的生命,也是其进一步发展的源泉。我国是中医药文化发展大国,中药材的文化发展源远流长,中药材生产过程中需要具备极高的质量管理水平,以此来保证高质量标准的产品。只有满足质量标准的中药材才能满足社会的需要,对人们的健康和生命安全负责。红参是中药材炮制加工的一种中药饮片,广泛的应用到社会医药及保健食品行业。提升红参生产折干率项目的优劣与中药行业的发展息息相关,不仅代表了中药饮片生产企业的技术发展水平,作为制剂企业投料使用的原材料,其质量管理水平更是深入影响了医药产业的质量,直接关系到人们的健康保障。在论文的研究过程中,坚持运用项目管理领域关于项目全面质量管理基本原理和管理方法,对提升红参折干率项目展开相关理论和应用研究,绘制鱼刺图找出主要影响因素,提出问题、分析问题、解决问题。对从人员、设备、工艺技术操作方法、现场环境管理等方面的质量管理加以改进。本文主要从四方面着手于对提升红参生产折干率项目质量管理的研究:首先,本文通过对提升红参生产折干率项目的介绍,对饮片生产企业红参生产折干率现状进行概述。随后对提升红参折干率项目的研究背景及意义进行简单的介绍,再对全面质量管理(TQM)的相关理论进行回顾,并深入分析相关质量理论的概念、特征以及应用,阐述项目的研究方法。其次,本文第二章以红参生产线进行实地调研,阐述了提升红参生产折干率项目概况及质量管理现状,分析在生产运营过程中存在的质量管理问题,并对在生产运营管理过程中存在的问题进行了深入的原因分析。再次,论文第三章对吉林敖东提升红参生产折干率项目的质量管理改进方案进行了研究和探讨。认为从设备、人员、操作方法、环境管理等几方面加以改进,制定了提升管理及操作人员的质量意识,提升生产工艺设备运行管理,优化生产工艺系统流程,加强现场环境的5S管理几种改进方案。最后,论文第四章通过从组织保障、制度保障、技术保障、信息保障几方面入手对提升红参生产折干率项目的质量管理改进方案制定了保障措施。本文将质量管理方法的应用拓展到中药制药领域,最终降低生产成本,提高生产控制水平,从而为企业带来更大的经济效益,促进中药饮片生产企业实现可持续发展。
[Abstract]:Quality is the life of the pharmaceutical industry and the source of its further development. China is a large country in the development of traditional Chinese medicine culture. The cultural development of Chinese medicine has a long history. In order to ensure the high quality standard products, the production process of traditional Chinese medicine needs to have a very high quality management level. Only the traditional Chinese medicine that meets the quality standard can meet the needs of the society and be responsible for people's health and life safety. Red ginseng is a traditional Chinese medicine processed and widely used in social medicine and health food industry. The improvement of the dry rate of red ginseng production is closely related to the development of the traditional Chinese medicine industry. It not only represents the technical development level of the Chinese medicine plate production enterprises, but also serves as the raw material for the preparation enterprises to feed. Its quality management level has a deep impact on the quality of the pharmaceutical industry, directly related to people's health protection. In the research process of the paper, the basic principles and management methods of project total quality management in the field of project management are used to carry out the relevant theoretical and applied research on the project of improving the dry rate of red ginseng, and the main influencing factors are found out by drawing the fish-prickly map. Ask questions, analyze problems, and solve problems. To improve the quality management from personnel, equipment, process and technical operation method, field environment management, etc. This paper mainly starts from four aspects to improve the red ginseng production dry rate project quality management research: first, this article through the promotion red ginseng production folding rate project introduction, to the drinking slice production enterprise red ginseng production dry rate present situation carries on the summary. Secondly, the second chapter of this paper carries on the field investigation with the red ginseng production line, elaborated the project general situation and the quality management present situation of raising the red ginseng production dry rate, analyzed the quality management question existing in the production and operation process, The causes of the problems in the process of production and operation management are analyzed. Thirdly, the third chapter studies and discusses the project of improving the dry rate of red ginseng production in Aodong, Jilin province. It is pointed out that improvement should be made in the aspects of equipment, personnel, operation method and environmental management, and the quality consciousness of the management and operator should be raised, the operation management of production process equipment should be enhanced, and the process of production process system should be optimized. Strengthen 5 S management of site environment several kinds of improvement plan. Finally, the fourth chapter of the paper from the organizational support, system security, technical security, information security to improve the project of red ginseng production dry rate project quality management improvement measures. In this paper, the application of quality management method is extended to the field of traditional Chinese medicine, and the production cost is reduced and the level of production control is improved, thus bringing greater economic benefits to the enterprises and promoting the sustainable development of the production enterprises of traditional Chinese medicine pieces.
