财政部关于中央企业破产资产评估项目管理有关问题的通知

【摘要】：正国务院各部委、各直属机构,中国人民解放军总后勤部,中央各企业集团,各省、自治区、直辖市、计划单列市财政厅(局)、国有资产管理局(办公室),新疆生产建设兵团:为规范中央管理企业(指资产财务关系直接隶属财政部管理的企业、暂未脱钩仍实行行业管理或中央主管部门管理的企业,以下简称中央企业)实施破产中涉及的资产评估管理工作,维护债权人、债务人的合法权益,根据《国有资产评估管理办法》(1991年国务院91号令)、《国有资产评估管理办法施行细则》等有关文件精神,现对中央破产企业涉及资产评估项目管理的有关问题通知如下:一、中央破产企业资产评估事关破产程序的正常实施和企业人员的妥善安置,有关方面应予以高度重

The assets evaluation of the central bankrupt enterprise is related to the normal implementation of the bankruptcy procedure and the proper placement of the personnel of the enterprise, and the relevant parties should attach great importance to it.
