福建闽侯青林风电场建设项目施工质量控制研究
[Abstract]:With the urgent need of green economy in economic development and social production, the development of clean energy has become an inevitable trend in the development of electric power industry. Wind power industry has the characteristics of large reserves, wide distribution, reliable technology, and has become an important direction of clean energy development in China. However, with the rapid development of wind power engineering construction projects, more and more engineering construction projects, participating in the quality management of construction units are also different, so how to ensure the construction quality of wind farms has become an urgent problem to be solved. The construction quality of wind turbine is not only related to the investment cost and operation cost, but also to the life and property safety of the people. Therefore, how to manage the construction quality of wind power project, in the investment cost and construction period, Under the restriction of natural environment and other factors, it is a very important task for us to improve the construction quality of the whole project. Since the construction of wind farms involves many and miscellaneous tasks, not only houses but also roads are laid; there are not only large lifting installations, but also commissioning of weak electricity control systems; not only are there overhead lines, but also buried cables are laid, not to mention them. In this paper, by selecting three main projects of large concrete pouring, blower hoisting, substation installation and commissioning, and applying the principle of quality control, combined with the characteristics of the construction project of Minhou Qinglin wind farm in Datang, The evaluation and management of construction quality of key construction projects of wind farm engineering are studied. The quality problems such as cold joint, abrasive surface, honeycomb and so on, which appear in concrete pouring in the construction process of the project, are deeply analyzed. In the process of wind turbine hoisting, the dangerous situation is summed up, combined with the content of the wind turbine in power system, the analysis is carried out pertinently, aiming at the relevant cables of substation system and control system, Collecting and analyzing the problems in the installation and commissioning of cabinets, finding out the causes of these problems, formulating relevant plans and measures to further improve the construction quality, in order to consolidate the achievements of quality control, from the system, standards, Process and other aspects, strengthen implementation, ensure quality control to achieve practical results. This paper is divided into four chapters. The first chapter briefly introduces the background and significance of wind farm construction quality control research, the second chapter introduces the general situation of Fujian Minhou Qinglin wind farm, using fish burr diagram, histogram analysis of people, machinery, materials, technology, The influence of environment on the quality of construction is discussed, and the key factors affecting the quality of concrete pouring, blower hoisting and substation installation are found out. In the third chapter, according to the reasons of the analysis, the construction scheme of the three main works is formulated and the process control of the project construction is done well. The fourth chapter puts forward the guarantee measures to ensure the reliable construction of the construction scheme. Finally, it is concluded that the construction quality of the wind farm construction project can be effectively guaranteed by refining the construction scheme and perfecting the quality assurance measures.
