基于产能约束的径锻生产线计划编制方法研究

【摘要】:生产计划是钢铁企业生产运营的关键环节之一。生产计划方案的改进可以降低生产线的库存、提高设备利用率、提高合同按时兑现率,从而降低成本、提高效率,提高企业的运营效益。本文首先对生产计划管理研究与应用现状进行了文献综述,在此基础上,运用甘特图、回归拟合等项目管理和数理统计的工具和方法,通过对XCC径锻生产线产线特点及产品特性分析、主体设备性能分析、生产工艺流程分析等,以及生产线生产计划运行体系现状的研究,发现径锻生产线生产计划编制及执行过程中存在的问题。针对上述问题,制定了相应的生产计划编制及执行体系方案。首先,确定生产线上关键的产能瓶颈环节,以设备的工艺时间为基础,通过统计分析和回归拟合的方法找到了关键设备产能与产品规格的相关性并确定其相关系数,制定了径锻机、电渣炉的产能及规格标产系数表。其次,以约束理论TOC为理论依据,制定了径锻生产线生产计划编制的若干条原则,在一定程度上减轻关键瓶颈工序的产能压力、释放瓶颈工序产能,从而提高整个生产线的生产效率。另外,针对径锻生产线生产过程的问题提出了其它改进方案,主要包括减小外部不确定性、细化日计划内容、规范计划下达流程、加强调度系统监管等,在一定程度保证生产计划方案的顺利实施。上述径锻生产线生产计划编制方案及生产运营改进方案从XCC厂径锻生产线的分析而来,在一定程度上对同类型的生产线的生产计划编制具有普适性意义。部分改进方案已在XCC厂径锻生产线进行了实际运行,并取得了良好的效果。

Secondly, on the basis of constraint theory TOC, several principles of production planning of diameter forging production line are worked out, which to some extent reduce the pressure of production capacity of key bottleneck processes and release the production capacity of bottleneck processes. In order to improve the production efficiency of the entire production line. In addition, in view of the production process of the diameter forging production line, other improvement schemes are put forward, including reducing the external uncertainty, refining the daily planning content, standardizing the planning and issuing process, strengthening the supervision of the dispatching system, and so on.
