大型IT项目管理方法研究

【摘要】:大型IT项目固有的一些显著特点,如很高的不确定性和人力资源难管理等,和现今日益增高的项目利益相关者的要求,使得大型lT项目的组织管理能力成为决定项目成败的关键。基于作者在一些大型IT项目管理中摸索出来的经验,本论文重点研究与探讨了大型IT项目管理中的五个关键问题。在沟通管理问题上,指出两种常用沟通方式(会议和报告)的致命缺陷,同时对沟通障碍提供解决方案;在风险管理问题上,引入了“IT项目风险等级划分矩阵”理论;在大型IT项目中突出的虚拟团队的多文化管理问题上,提出了有效的分析和建议;在创新管理问题上,总结出“IT项目需求阶层图”;从项目经理在大型IT项目管理中的职责的重要性方面,探讨并解释了从项目管理铁三角到四要素(“项目利益相关者”位于“铁三角”之中)的新理论。这些研究和探讨希望能给大型IT项目管理者带来一定的启发和思考。
[Abstract]:Some of the salient features inherent in large IT projects, such as high levels of uncertainty and difficult management of human resources, and the growing demands of project stakeholders today, The organization and management ability of large LT project becomes the key to the success or failure of the project. Based on the author's experience in some large-scale IT project management, this paper focuses on five key issues in large-scale IT project management. On the issue of communication management, the paper points out the fatal defects of two common communication methods (meetings and reports), and at the same time provides solutions to the communication obstacles, and introduces the theory of "IT project risk gradation matrix" in the problem of risk management. This paper puts forward effective analysis and suggestions on the multi-cultural management of virtual team in large IT projects, summarizes the "IT project demand hierarchy map" on innovation management. From the importance of project manager's responsibility in large-scale IT project management, this paper discusses and explains the new theory from the iron triangle of project management to the four elements ("project stakeholder" lies in "iron triangle"). These research and discussion hope can bring certain inspiration and thinking to large IT project manager.
