航天YZJS院型号研制可靠性保障体系研究

【摘要】:航天项目具有极高的复杂性和风险,随着运载火箭产品更新换代的速度加快、新技术不断应用,运载火箭系统可靠性问题越发突出。国际航天界非常关注这种情况,美国、欧洲及其他国家的航天界对此开展了很多工作,取得了很多成果。随着我国运载火箭技术的发展和管理日益精细,我国在航天项目可靠性管理方面也取得了一定的进步。但从总体上看,可靠性保障工作方法、标准、要求等方面仍存在差距,导致各研制单位可靠性管理水平参差不齐,从整体上制约了可靠性水平的提升。因此,亟需建立统一规范的可靠性保障体系,将先进的可靠性管理思想、方法、组织结构与阶段性的工程研制结合起来,对于提升我国航天项目可靠性保障工作整体水平将有积极的促进作用。本文立足于航天YZJS院型号研制可靠性工作宏观管理层面,通过深入分析航天YZJS院型号研制中可靠性保障工作方面存在的问题及其根源,充分学习和借鉴国内外先进项目管理理论的基础上,从可靠性工作组织管理、可靠性工作流程、可靠性工作技术支撑能力、可靠性工作条件保障等四个方面开展研究,形成适应航天YZJS院型号研制的新形势、新任务、新要求的可靠性保障体系,可靠性保障体系包括组织体系、流程体系、方法体系、条件体系、标准体系五大部分。
[Abstract]:Spaceflight project has high complexity and risk. With the speed of updating and the application of new technology, the reliability of launch vehicle system becomes more and more serious. The international aerospace community is very concerned about this situation, the United States, Europe and other countries in the space industry has done a lot of work, has achieved a lot of results. With the development and management of launch vehicle technology in China, China has made some progress in reliability management of space projects. On the whole, however, there are still gaps in the working methods, standards and requirements of reliability support, which leads to the uneven level of reliability management in various research and development units, which restricts the improvement of reliability level as a whole. Therefore, there is an urgent need to establish a unified and standardized reliability assurance system that combines advanced reliability management ideas, methods, organizational structures and stage engineering development. It will play a positive role in improving the overall level of reliability support of space projects in China. Based on the macro management of model development reliability of aerospace YZJS institute, this paper analyzes the problems and root causes of reliability guarantee in the development of aerospace YZJS institute. On the basis of studying and drawing lessons from the advanced project management theory at home and abroad, the research is carried out from four aspects: reliability work organization and management, reliability work flow, reliability work technical support ability, reliability working condition guarantee, etc. Forming a new situation, new tasks, new requirements of reliability support system, reliability support system including organizational system, process system, method system, condition system and standard system.
