基于CMMI的SKS软件升级项目质量管理研究

【摘要】:如今社会是一个高度信息化和网络化的社会,越来越多的系统依赖于软件,社会的正常运行依赖于软件的正常运行,而软件的不正常运行可能会给信息网络化社会带来灾难性的影响。质量差的软件存在较大的潜在危害,并且随时都有可能出故障,会引起严重危害;而且软件产品往往需要后期维护,而一个软件产品的质量过低或者不符合要求,势必引起高额的后期维护成本。另外,一个系统对软件运行的重要程度和一个软件对于这个系统的重要程度将直接影响着软件质量造成的后果严重性,该软件所处的地位重要程度越高,其质量问题产生的不良影响就会越大。所以,软件质量管理是软件项目管理中必须重视的一部分,我们不仅要知道"质量"的重要性,更应该正确对待质量的"代价"。要先形成软件质量管理的思想、再形成一套质量管理体系、再根据质量体系构建质量管理组织、再根据质量体系执行质量管理、质量保证、质量控制措施等等。在此背景下,本文基于项目质量管理的思想,结合软件项目的特殊性,针对SKS软件系统升级项目面临的质量问题现状,基于软件全寿命周期的质量管理思想和CMMI软件能力成熟度集成模型对SKS软件升级项目展开了全面系统的质量管理研究。本文第一步首先叙述了软件项目质量管理的研究背景、研究意义以及本文的主要研究路线;第二步对软件项目质量管理的有关理论进行了综述,包括何为软件、软件项目的特殊性、软件质量的重要性、软件质量管理的步骤等等,以及简要介绍了 CMMI模型和基于CMMI模型的软件质量管理研究;第三步,集合SKS软件升级项目的特点,详细分析了 SKS软件项目存在的质量问题以及可能影响质量问题的因素,明确各影响因素的权重值,并对相关影响因素进行了针对性分析;第四步,建立了基于本SKS软件项目的CMMI质量管理模型,通过制定的需求管理、配置管理、过程和产品质量保证以及质量控制措施对SKS软件项目进行质量管理;最后,根据问卷调查结构表面,构建的CMMI质量管理模型是有效的,并且采取的质量管理和控制措施成功地降低了软件研发中缺陷率,提高了软件质量。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, society is a highly information-based and networked society. More and more systems depend on software, and the normal operation of society depends on the normal operation of software. The abnormal operation of software may bring disastrous influence to the information network society. Software with poor quality has great potential harm and may break down at any time, which can cause serious harm. Moreover, software products often need later maintenance, and the quality of a software product is too low or does not meet the requirements. It is bound to lead to high late maintenance costs. In addition, the importance of a system to the operation of the software and the importance of a software to the system will directly affect the severity of the consequences caused by the quality of the software, and the higher the importance of the software, the higher the importance of the software. The negative impact of its quality problems will be greater. Therefore, software quality management is a part of software project management. We should not only know the importance of "quality", but also treat the "cost" of quality correctly. The thought of software quality management should be formed first, then a set of quality management system should be formed, then quality management organization should be constructed according to quality system, and then quality management, quality assurance and quality control measures should be carried out according to quality system. Under this background, based on the thought of project quality management and the particularity of software project, this paper aims at the quality problems faced by SKS software system upgrade project. Based on the concept of software life cycle quality management and the CMMI software capability maturity integration model, a comprehensive and systematic study on the quality management of the SKS software upgrade project is carried out. The first step of this paper is to describe the research background, significance and main research route of software project quality management, the second step is to summarize the theory of software project quality management, including what is software, The particularity of software project, the importance of software quality, the steps of software quality management and so on, and the research of CMMI model and software quality management based on CMMI model are briefly introduced. The quality problems of SKS software project and the factors that may affect the quality problem are analyzed in detail, the weight of each influencing factor is defined, and the relevant influencing factors are analyzed pertinently. The CMMI quality management model based on the SKS software project is established. The quality management of the SKS software project is carried out through the established requirements management, configuration management, process and product quality assurance and quality control measures. According to the surface of the questionnaire structure, the CMMI quality management model is effective, and the quality management and control measures taken successfully reduce the defect rate in software development and improve the software quality.
