谈中国口头与非物质遗产价值的评定原则与保护的方法

【摘要】：联合国提出保护口头与非物质遗产的措施,并通过申报施行跨国的项目管理,提醒了各个国家对口头非物质遗产的重视,激发了人们对口头与非物质遗产保护的积极性。对什么是“口头与非物质遗产”,已经日渐明确。但是,为了这一工作可持续地健康发展,我们还应当进一步论证保护口头与非物质遗产的意义,以及非物质遗产的价值论定和保护方法。这是三个相互关联的问题。
[Abstract]:The United Nations put forward measures to protect oral and intangible heritage, and through declaration and implementation of transnational project management, reminded all countries to pay attention to oral intangible heritage, and inspired the enthusiasm of people to protect oral and intangible heritage. What is called "verbal and intangible heritage" has become increasingly clear. However, for the sustainable and healthy development of this work, we should further demonstrate the significance of protecting oral and intangible heritage, as well as the value determination and protection methods of intangible heritage. These are three interrelated questions.
