郑州铁路局更新改造计划管理信息系统设计方案研究

【摘要】：为实现郑州铁路局更新改造计划信息化管理和项目管理数据的实时共享,基于铁路局更新改造计划管理工作的实际需要,提出更新改造计划管理信息系统设计目标和原则,研究系统架构设计和功能设计方案,并采用B/S架构、JAVAEE技术对系统进行设计和研发,建立集计划编制与发布、计划管理与投资控制、基础数据存储分析、系统管理维护等功能为一体的更新改造计划管理信息系统。实践表明,郑州铁路局更新改造计划管理信息系统提高了计划管理和项目管理数据的准确性、时效性和完整性,提升了计划管理水平和工作效率。
[Abstract]:In order to realize the real-time sharing of information management and project management data of Zhengzhou Railway Administration's renewal and transformation plan, based on the actual needs of the management of the renewal and transformation plan of Zhengzhou Railway Administration, this paper puts forward the design goals and principles of the management information system of the renewal and transformation plan, studies the system architecture design and the function design scheme, and adopts B/S architecture and JAVAEE technology. The system is designed and developed, and a renewal plan management information system is established, which integrates the functions of plan compilation and release, plan management and investment control, basic data storage and analysis, system management and maintenance. Accuracy, timeliness and integrity enhance the level of planning management and efficiency.
