基于协同论的风电建设项目多目标优化模型研究

【摘要】:国内外有很多的专家和研究人员对工程项目管理的有关内容进行了多年的研究,并取得了很多优秀的成果,但他们的研究重点主要集中在进度和费用管理上,很少有人专门针对电力建设项目的多目标优化问题进行研究,关于风电建设项目的研究更是缺乏。风电建设项目具有投资大、涉及的参与方较多、施工环境恶劣、施工技术复杂等特点,如何对风电建设项目进行有效的管理成为急需解决的问题。因此本文针对该问题,构建了基于协同论的风电建设项目多目标优化模型。本文首先对比了传统多目标优化方法和遗传算法,分析了遗传算法的内涵和优点以及协同思想的概念,将协同理念引入遗传算法中,设计风电建设项目三大子目标协同优化流程。接着本文分析了风电建设项目的土建工程和电气工程施工流程,并在此基础上构建了相应的多目标系统,具体分析了风电建设项目的进度目标、成本目标和质量目标,主要介绍各目标的影响因素、管控措施及量化表示方法。然后本文探讨了风电建设项目三大目标之间的对立统一关系,给出了两两子目标之间的近似关系式,并分别构建了进度目标、成本目标、质量目标方程和协同效应目标方程。最后为了验证该模型在实际应用中的可行性和有效性,本文进行了算例分析,运用前述多目标优化方法对一个简单的工程项目模型进行求解,得到了相应的多目标优化解集。传统多目标优化方法对目标函数有许多条件的限制,本文对三大目标进行量化表示,并采用遗传算法进行风电建设项目多目标优化问题求解,提高了运算效率,也为三大目标的量化管理提供了思路。本文用协同贡献度来表示三个目标达到最优状态时各个子目标对整体目标的贡献程度,构建协同效应目标、进度目标、质量目标和成本目标的优化模型,为风电建设项目的多目标优化管理提供了具有借鉴价值的思路。
[Abstract]:There are many experts and researchers at home and abroad who have studied the relevant contents of project management for many years, and achieved many excellent results, but their research focus is mainly on progress and cost management. There are few researches on multi-objective optimization of electric power construction projects, and the research on wind power construction projects is even less. Wind power construction projects have the characteristics of large investment, involving more participants, poor construction environment, complex construction technology, and so on. How to effectively manage wind power construction projects has become an urgent problem to be solved. Therefore, a multi-objective optimization model of wind power construction project based on synergetic theory is constructed in this paper. In this paper, the traditional multi-objective optimization method and genetic algorithm are compared, and the connotation and advantages of genetic algorithm and the concept of cooperative thought are analyzed, and the cooperative idea is introduced into genetic algorithm. Design wind power construction project three major objectives collaborative optimization process. Then this paper analyzes the construction process of civil and electrical projects of wind power construction projects, and on this basis, constructs the corresponding multi-objective system, and analyzes the progress objectives, cost targets and quality objectives of wind power construction projects. This paper mainly introduces the influencing factors of each target, the control measures and the quantitative expression method. Then this paper discusses the unity of opposites between the three objectives of wind power construction project, gives the approximate relationship between two sub-objectives, and constructs the schedule target, cost target, quality goal equation and synergistic effect objective equation respectively. Finally, in order to verify the feasibility and validity of the model in practical application, an example analysis is carried out, and a simple engineering project model is solved by using the above-mentioned multi-objective optimization method, and the corresponding multi-objective optimization solution set is obtained. The traditional multi-objective optimization method has many limitations on the objective function. In this paper, the three goals are expressed quantitatively, and the genetic algorithm is used to solve the multi-objective optimization problem of wind power construction project, which improves the computational efficiency. It also provides ideas for the quantitative management of the three goals. In this paper, the contribution degree of each sub-goal to the overall goal is represented by the degree of cooperative contribution, and the optimization model of synergy goal, progress goal, quality goal and cost target is constructed. It provides a valuable idea for the multi-objective optimization management of wind power construction project.
