基于项目管理的发电企业大修管理系统的研究

【摘要】：发电企业设备周期性大修 ,涉及的专业多、工期长 ,耗用资金多 ,是发电企业生产和经营管理中的一个重要组成部分。靠传统方法进行大修管理 ,已无法适应发电企业的发展需要 ,引入计算机对大修工程进行项目管理成为一种有益的选择。结合当今流行的Web技术和项目管理的思想 ,规划和设计了一套新型大修管理系统 ,以适应当前发电企业对大修工程的要求。
[Abstract]:The equipment periodic overhaul of power generation enterprises involves many specialties, long construction period, and large consumption of funds, which is an important part of production and management of power generation enterprises. Traditional methods for overhaul management can no longer meet the needs of the development of power generation enterprises. It is a beneficial choice to introduce computer to carry out project management of overhaul projects. Combined with the popular Web technology and the idea of project management, a new overhaul management system is planned and designed to meet the needs of the power generation enterprises.
