融合管理环境下的项目管理组织结构研究

【摘要】:面对日益严峻的竞争形势,为了使企业在市场竞争中立于不败之地,项目管理是一种非常有效的管理思想和方法。同时随着科技的进步,由专业企业提供专业技术服务是高效跟进技术变迁和节约成本的有效方法,其中将甲乙双方人员管理紧密结合的管理模式正在被越来越多的大型企业所采用,这种模式称为融合管理模式。现行的项目管理组织结构,包括职能型、项目型、矩阵型和基于PMO型,基本都是建立在单个企业内部实施项目的基础上,不适合融合管理环境下的跨企业项目,不能为其提供有效的指导。本文针对跨企业融合管理的背景下,在矩阵型和PMO的基础上构建融合项目管理组织结构,并运用模糊综合评判法对其进行了有效性评价。最后,选取现实企业作为验证对象,对跨企业的融合型项目管理组织结构进行了有效性验证,证明融合型的组织结构是在融合项目管理环境下的良好组织模式,其克服了现行的矩阵式、基于PMO式组织的缺点,为提高跨企业项目的成功率提供助力。
[Abstract]:Facing the increasingly severe competition situation, project management is a very effective management idea and method in order to make the enterprise invincible in the market competition. At the same time, with the progress of science and technology, providing professional technical services by professional enterprises is an effective way to follow up the technological changes and save costs effectively, in which the personnel of both parties will be managed. The current organizational structure of project management, including functional type, project type, matrix type and PMO type, is basically based on the implementation of projects within a single enterprise and is not suitable for the integration of management environment. Enterprise projects can not provide effective guidance. In this paper, under the background of cross-enterprise integration management, the organizational structure of integrated project management is constructed on the basis of matrix and PMO, and its effectiveness is evaluated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The validity of the organizational structure is verified, which proves that the integrated organizational structure is a good organizational model in the integrated project management environment. It overcomes the shortcomings of the existing matrix-based and PMO-based organization, and helps to improve the success rate of cross-enterprise projects.
