实施项目管理,促进教学互动,提升培训实效——甘肃行政学院教学培训“项目制”管理经验介绍

【摘要】:正2005年以来,根据干部教育培训工作发展趋势,结合我院工作实际,在干部教育培训中积极探索实行培训班次"项目制"管理。发展实践证明,"项目制"既促进了教与学之间的互动交流,提升了培训的实效性、针对性,也推动了教学、科研、咨询"三位一体"的良性互动,获得了良好的发展效果。"项目制"实践,体现了我院务实、改革、创新的发展精神,展现了院领导敢于谋事、善于决断的勇气和智慧。一、项目制管理的内容特征我院培训管理中实行的项目制是指,把每一个培训班次作为一个项目,每一个项目实行项目组负责制。项目组承担开展学员培训需求调研、制
[Abstract]:Since 2005, according to the development trend of cadre education and training and the actual work of our college, we have actively explored the implementation of "project system" management in cadre education and training. The development practice proves that the "project system" not only promotes the interactive communication between teaching and learning, but also promotes the positive interaction of "trinity" of teaching, scientific research and consultation, and obtains a good development effect. " The practice of "project system" embodies the spirit of development of our institute of pragmatism, reform and innovation, and shows the courage and wisdom of the leaders of the institute who dare to seek things and be good at making decisions. First, the content characteristics of the project system management, the project system in the training management of our institute means that each training course is regarded as a project, and each project carries out the project team responsibility system.
