引领与联动:区域农村校长培训体系的重构与运行策略——以辽宁大连市“十一五”农村校长两级联动培训为例

【摘要】：重构农村校长培训体系是"十一五"期间辽宁大连市为实现区域教育均衡发展的重要手段。新型农村校长培训体系以市级培训机构的专业引领为先导,以两级联动为核心,以建立培训者联合体和项目管理体系为主要特征,通过"合作式"、"联合式"、"打样式"、"展示型"等多种实施策略,实现培训效益的最大化。在重构过程中,新体系与原体制间的矛盾为"十二五"进一步完善两级联动的体制提供了新的突破口。
[Abstract]:Reconstructing the training system of rural principals is an important means to realize the balanced development of regional education in Dalian, Liaoning Province during the 11th Five-Year Plan period. The new rural headmasters training system is guided by the professional guidance of municipal training institutions, with two levels of linkage as the core, and the establishment of trainers' association and project management system as the main characteristics. The training efficiency is maximized through the strategies of "cooperation", "union", "striking style", "demonstration type" and so on. In the process of reconstruction, the contradiction between the new system and the original system provides a new breakthrough for the further improvement of the two-level linkage system in the Twelfth Five-Year Plan.
