基于WEB的高校实验资源申报管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:高校实验室是实验教学的承担者,是整个教学体系的重要组成部分,实验教学已成为培养学生科研能力和创新能力最有效的手段。建立完善的高校实验资源申报管理系统是实现全面开放式教学模式的根本保证,不仅能实现教学质量监控,培养学生的创新能力,还在提高实验室资源利用率.规范实验室管理、提高工作效率等方面发挥重要作用。本文对基于.NET技术在高校实验资源申报管理系统设计中的可行性进行了有益的探索。在分析了.NET技术的特点和先进性的基础上,提出基于BS模式、三层逻辑体系结构,采用微软的SQLserver数据库技术和.NET三层框架,开发了基于WEB的高校实验资源申报管理系统。基于WEB的高校实验资源申报管理系统是在深入分析全国各类高校实验教学与管理模式的基础上,使用先进B/S架构软件开发技术构建的。系统能够满足大多数高校实验教学需求,兼容开放式自主实验教学、排课带班实验教学、课外创新实践等不同教学形式,并提供丰富的实验室日常维护及管理功能。论文首先对高校实验资源申报管理系统的需求现状进行了分析和调研,在此基础上,使用建模工具和结构化设计语言对高校实验资源申报管理系统进行统一建模,确定了系统的设计架构,设计了数据库,然后进行了系统的开发实现和测试。系统采用分层设计和角色动态分配机制,保障了系统的安全性和可扩展性,数据库持久层采用灵活的持久化存取方法,以对象为单位对业务对象进行操作,实现对象和数据库表的映射和关联操作,可以快速的实现实验资源管理的大量业务逻辑。避免了大量冗余代码,改进了系统的质量;各个业务逻辑之间互相独立,功能模块可以方便地添加或删除。设计的系统服务于全校师生实验课程课内外实践,为教师和学生实验项目管理、实验仪器管理、教学管理、师生交流管理和学生实验成绩管理等功能,结合实验中心的实验资源完成实验的要求,满足学校实验教学的任务,为学生提供定制化的E-Leanrning的学习平台,从而提高教学质量。本文首先阐述了基于WEB的高校实验资源申报管理系统的开发背景及意义,对实验管理信息系统的发展现状及趋势进行了总结,并介绍了开发实验管理信息系统所用到的相关技术及相应的软件和硬件环境。然后对实验管理信息系统进行了需求分析、功能结构设计及数据库设计,并详细的分析设计了系统的各个功能模块,包括登录模块、实验教学管理模块、实验预约管理模块、实验设备管理模块、系统信息管理模块,其中在实验预约管理模块中采用回溯算法进行排课。最后对系统的各个模块进行了实现。经过测试可知,本系统具有功能完备、性能优越、操作简单等优点,能够满足实验室管理员、教师、学生等用户的需求。
[Abstract]:University laboratory is the bearer of experimental teaching and an important part of the whole teaching system. Experimental teaching has become the most effective means to cultivate students' scientific research and innovation ability. The establishment of a perfect management system of experimental resources in colleges and universities is the fundamental guarantee to realize the comprehensive and open teaching mode. It can not only realize the monitoring of teaching quality, cultivate students' innovative ability, but also improve the utilization rate of laboratory resources. Standardize laboratory management, improve work efficiency and other aspects play an important role. This paper explores the feasibility of. Net technology in the design of university experimental resource application management system. On the basis of analyzing the characteristics and advanced nature of .NET technology, this paper puts forward the application and management system of university experimental resources based on WEB, which is based on BS mode, three-tier logic architecture, Microsoft's SQLserver database technology and .NET three-tier framework. The application and management system of university experimental resources based on WEB is constructed by using advanced software development technology based on advanced B / S architecture on the basis of in-depth analysis of experimental teaching and management models in all kinds of colleges and universities in China. The system can meet the needs of experimental teaching in most colleges and universities. It is compatible with the open and independent experimental teaching, the experimental teaching with class arrangement and the practice of innovation after class. It also provides abundant functions of daily maintenance and management of the laboratory. Firstly, this paper analyzes and investigates the requirements of the university experimental resource application management system, and then uses modeling tools and structured design language to model the university experimental resources application management system. The design framework of the system is determined, the database is designed, and then the system is developed and tested. The system adopts hierarchical design and role dynamic assignment mechanism to ensure the security and expansibility of the system. The database persistence layer adopts flexible persistence access method to operate the business object with the object as the unit. The mapping and associative operation of object and database table can quickly realize a lot of business logic of experimental resource management. It avoids a lot of redundant code and improves the quality of the system. Each business logic is independent of each other, and the function module can be added or deleted conveniently. The system is designed to serve the practice in and out of the experimental course of the whole school, and serve the functions of teachers and students' experimental project management, experimental instrument management, teaching management, teacher-student communication management and students' experimental achievement management, etc. Combined with the experimental resources of the experimental center to fulfill the requirements of the experiment, to meet the task of experimental teaching in schools, to provide students with a customized learning platform of E-Leanrning, so as to improve the quality of teaching. In this paper, the background and significance of the application and management system of university experimental resources based on WEB are described, and the development status and trend of the experimental management information system are summarized. The related technology and the corresponding software and hardware environment used in the development of experimental management information system are also introduced. Then, the requirement analysis, function structure design and database design of the experiment management information system are carried out, and each function module of the system is analyzed and designed in detail, including login module, experimental teaching management module, experiment reservation management module. The experiment equipment management module, the system information management module, in which the experiment reservation management module uses the backtracking algorithm to arrange the class. Finally, each module of the system is implemented. The test results show that the system has the advantages of complete function, superior performance, simple operation, and can meet the needs of laboratory administrators, teachers, students and other users.
