上汽IP2X混合动力汽车研发项目质量管理研究

【摘要】:当前,全世界能源紧缺及环境破坏现状面临着前所未有的挑战,而汽车产业作为能源消耗和二氧化碳排放的重要根源,需要进行有效的技术变革。目前,全球针对新能源汽车今后的发展方向和趋势已初步达成了共识,从长期来看,包括纯电动技术、氢燃料电池技术在内的纯电驱动模式将成为今后新能源汽车的主要技术方向,但就目前技术发展水平而言,油电混合、插电式混合动力技术将是目前代替上述技术的重要路线。作为国内汽车行业的领军企业,上汽面临国内外传统汽车技术快速发展和汽车能源动力系统转型的双重挑战。为此,应当选择"过渡"和"转型"协调发展的战略。一方面,以集成创新、引进消化吸收再创新为主要手段,全面提升传统汽车技术水平,大力发展节能汽车和代用燃料汽车,解决近中期的节能减排减碳问题,同时为新能源汽车发展奠定基础;另一方面,以原始创新和集成创新为主体,积极研发新一代能源动力系统,加快以电动汽车为主体的新能源汽车发展,瞄准未来汽车竞争制高点,加速能源动力系统转型进程。IP2X混合动力汽车项目正是在上述这样一个大背景下立项,并作为上汽继荣威750混合动力和荣威E50纯电动汽车项目后,在新能源汽车领域的全新战略车型。然而,在混合动力汽车研发领域,目前国内部分汽车企业虽然借鉴了大量国外的先进管理理念和研发流程,但就研发管理控制水平而言和国外一些一流企业而言还存在较大的差距。从根本上而言企业的研发项目质量管理水平,将直接影响该企业产品的综合竞争力。本文通过系统分析项目管理、项目质量计划、项目质量控制相关理论,结合上汽GVDP整车研发流程,以上汽IP2X混合动气汽车项目为实例,在项目早期就制定项目质量规划,依据规划结果制定详细的质量计划,并通过运用产品质量控制流程、零部件质量控制流程和DFMEA、PQ、IPTV等工作流程及方法对质量过程进行有效控制,以确保质量计划有效、准确的执行,以此降低项目的质量风险,确保研发项目的成功。
[Abstract]:At present, the status of energy shortage and environmental destruction in the world is facing unprecedented challenges. As an important source of energy consumption and carbon dioxide emissions, automobile industry needs to carry out effective technological changes. At present, the world has reached a consensus on the direction and trend of the development of new energy vehicles in the future. In the long run, including pure electric technology, The pure electric drive mode, including hydrogen fuel cell technology, will be the main technical direction of new energy vehicles in the future. However, in terms of the current technology development level, the oil-electric hybrid and plug-in hybrid power technology will be the important route to replace the above mentioned technology. As a leading enterprise in domestic automobile industry, SAIC is faced with the dual challenges of rapid development of traditional automobile technology and transformation of automobile energy power system at home and abroad. To this end, should choose "transition" and "transition" coordinated development strategy. On the one hand, in order to integrate innovation, introduce digestion, absorption and innovation as the main means, comprehensively improve the level of traditional automobile technology, vigorously develop energy-saving vehicles and alternative fuel vehicles, and solve the problem of energy saving, emission reduction and carbon reduction in the near and medium term. Through systematic analysis of project management, project quality planning, project quality control theory, combined with the research and development process of SAIC GVDP vehicle, taking the SAIC IP2X hybrid pneumatic vehicle project as an example, the project quality planning was made in the early stage of the project. Make detailed quality plan according to the result of planning, and make effective control of quality process by using product quality control process, parts quality control flow and DFMEA,PQ,IPTV work flow and so on, to ensure the quality plan to be effective. Accurate implementation to reduce project quality risks and ensure the success of R & D projects.
