我国应用Partnering模式创新研究

【摘要】：比较了国际国内传统的项目管理模式与Partnering模式,指出目前国内的项目管理模式存在的不足,并提出我国在若干项目实行Partnering新模式的可行性,并在借鉴国外成功做法的基础上提出了符合我国现阶段特征的改进和创新,提出两段式的创新Partnering模式。
[Abstract]:This paper compares the traditional international and domestic project management mode with the Partnering mode, points out the shortcomings of the current domestic project management mode, and points out the feasibility of implementing the new Partnering model in several projects in China. On the basis of drawing lessons from the successful practices of foreign countries, this paper puts forward the improvement and innovation according with the characteristics of our country at present, and puts forward a two-stage innovative Partnering model.
