[Abstract]:On March 27, 2013, the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), (IFAD), held the fourth annual meeting of permanent Representatives to Rome at headquarters. The key reason for IFAD's achievements in the past four years is that supporting small farmers is always at the core of poverty reduction in rural areas, and a realistic poverty reduction strategic plan has been developed and implemented. Adhere to the view that agriculture is also an industry and smallholder farmers are entrepreneurs.
