S公司项目管理的改进性研究

【摘要】:建设工程项目管理是指从项目前期阶段开始经过项目实施阶段到完成项目后评估,通过项目选择和项目系统化实施,使得项目的最终目标有效完成的过程。建筑施工企业是工程项目建设过程中人力、物力、财力、技术、信息各种资源的总汇集者,也是工程项目建设过程的总策划者和最终实现者,承担着总组织的责任,所以建筑施工企业是建设工程项目各参与方中最重要的一方,建筑施工企业项目管理是一个具体工程项目管理实施的核心。建筑施工企业项目管理主要特点就是运用项目管理理论对工程项目进行全方位全过程系统化、运营化的主动控制、动态控制的组织协调控制管理。本文以S公司的项目管理为研究对象,通过S公司项目管理的现状、存在的问题和问题根源剖析,提出当前适合S公司项目管理的系统化方法。通过前期S公司的项目管理方法与现在S公司的系统化项目管理方法的比较,突出S公司项目管理系统化思维方法的4个方面的改进,项目管理信息化、风险把控全程化、组织架构再设计、项目管理运营化。结合实例通过S公司M项目的初步改进性研究,探索出一条S公司项目管理问题初步解决的新路径,希望能够增加项目管理的有效性,以提高我国建筑施工企业项目管理水平。在本文中通过重点阐述项目管理系统化概念和项目选择体系、项目管理后评估体系的建立,根据当前S公司M项目的管理现状提出了多项目运营官岗位的设置方案和和谐体利益最大化理论,希望能够为培养可持续性发展的专业技术和管理复合型项目管理队伍,为项目系统化运营化理论的落地,为项目管理组织架构的重新设计提供新的思路。
[Abstract]:Construction project management is the process from the early stage of the project to the completion of the project evaluation, through the project selection and systematic implementation, so that the final goal of the project can be completed effectively. The construction enterprise is the aggregate of human, material, financial, technical and information resources in the process of the construction of the project, as well as the overall planner and the ultimate implementer of the construction process of the project, bearing the responsibility of the overall organization. Therefore, the construction enterprise is the most important party in the construction project, and the project management of the construction enterprise is the core of the implementation of a specific project management. The main features of project management in construction enterprises are to systematize the whole process of the project by using the theory of project management, to operate the active control, and to organize and coordinate the management of the dynamic control. This paper takes the project management of S Company as the research object, through the analysis of the present situation, the existing problems and the root causes of the project management of S Company, puts forward the systematization method suitable for the project management of S Company at present. Through the comparison of the project management method of S Company and the systematic project management method of S Company, this paper emphasizes the improvement of the systematic thinking method of project management in S Company, the informatization of project management, the control of risk, the whole process of risk control, and the improvement of the systematic thinking method of project management in S Company. Organizational structure redesign, project management operational. Through the preliminary improvement study of M project in S Company, a new way to solve the project management problem of S Company is explored. It is hoped that the effectiveness of project management can be increased, and the project management level of construction enterprises in China will be improved. In this paper, the concept of systematization of project management, the system of project selection, the establishment of post-evaluation system of project management, According to the current situation of M project management in S Company, this paper puts forward the plan of setting up multi-project operating officer post and the theory of maximizing the benefit of harmonious body, hoping to train the professional technology of sustainable development and manage the compound project management team. It provides a new idea for the redesign of project management organization structure.
