基于Java技术的项目管理公司知识管理系统的设计与实践

【摘要】：“知识”时代已经到来,各行各业的企业要想在日趋激烈的竞争中脱颖而出,就必须要对各自企业内部的核心知识对其有效的管理。对知识的管理虽然还是一个较新的理念,但已经得到了诸多企业认可,为了很好地完成对知识的管理,这些企业都是通过知识管理系统软件,作为企业的提高知识管理效率的工具,从而能够很好的完成企业内部杂乱知识的汇总、对知识的共享、鼓励知识创新等目标。本论文介绍创建一套知识管理系统的方式方法,并通过实际的操作系统应用在项目管理公司的知识管理中。知识管理系统目的是收集汇总各种知识,让公司内部员工可以通过本系统,很便捷的找到所需要的信息和知识,成为一个能够使全体员工都能参与的互动平台。员工们可以在这个平台上共享自己认为有助于提升水平的知识信息方便大家学习,而企业知识管理员在这个平台上对全体员工上传的知识进行维护管理。知识管理系统促进了公司内部对员工的培养,而员工是公司创造效益的根源。根据论文研究方向,就本套知识管理系统设计技术选用上,选为B/S架构,采用当今非常流行的用于WEB开发的JAVA语言及SSH(struts2、spring、hibernate)框架,MySQL作为后台数据库。系统中涉及到的关键技术部分,根据研究内容着重介绍功能模块的设计以及知识文件的共享和管理。
[Abstract]:The era of "knowledge" has arrived. If enterprises in various industries want to stand out in the increasingly fierce competition, they must manage their core knowledge effectively. Although knowledge management is still a relatively new concept, it has been recognized by many enterprises. In order to complete the knowledge management well, these enterprises are all through the software of knowledge management system. As a tool to improve the efficiency of knowledge management, the enterprise can accomplish the goals of gathering clutter knowledge, sharing knowledge, encouraging knowledge innovation and so on. This paper introduces the method of creating a knowledge management system, and applies it to the knowledge management of project management company through the actual operating system. The purpose of the knowledge management system is to collect and aggregate all kinds of knowledge, so that the employees can find the information and knowledge they need through the system, and become an interactive platform to enable all employees to participate. On this platform, employees can share knowledge information that they consider helpful to improve the level of knowledge for everyone to learn, and the enterprise knowledge administrator maintains and manages the knowledge uploaded by all employees on this platform. Knowledge management system promotes the training of employees within the company, and employees are the root of the company to create benefits. According to the research direction of this paper, the design technology of this knowledge management system is chosen as B / S architecture, which adopts JAVA language and SSH (struts2,spring,hibernate) framework which is very popular for WEB development nowadays, and MySQL is used as backstage database. According to the research content, the design of function module and the sharing and management of knowledge files are introduced.
