建筑企业项目管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】：随着我国建筑业规模的不断扩大,建设工程项目信息管理逐渐成为了建设企业改进和加强自身管理水平和服务能力的重点。因此,如何有效地设计和开发建设项目信息管理系统,实现项目管理的信息化、电子化、自动化、智能化和无纸化办公,提高项目管理的效率,已成为一个亟待解决的问题。因此,需要设计一个项目管理系统以满足当前条件的要求,提高管理水平。本文以此为背景,论述了建筑企业项目管理系统的设计与应用。论文首先阐述了本课题的来源与背景,然后对本系统进行了需求分析,得出了公司对于项目管理各项功能的业务流程,建立了系统的功能模型,并在需求分析的基础上,分别从系统架构、数据库和功能架构进行了详细设计分析。本系统采用现在比较流行的MVC框架进行整合开发,使用数据库为MySQL数据库,系统开发语言为JAVA程序语言。本人(独立或参与)完成了如下工作:投标管理模块、项目立项管理模块、材料管理模块、设备管理模块、质量管理模块和安全管理模块等功能模块的功能需求分析、非功能性需求分析、数据库设计及功能的详细设计。本文通过展示系统实现后的运行界面,使读者对于该系统有一个更加直观的了解。随后对该系统进行了测试。最后对论文进行了总结。该系统目前已应用于建筑企业的项目管理中,使公司相关部门能够及时准确掌握项目的动态,减少了项目管理的开销,提高了项目管理的效率,为项目的资源调配和决策提供支持。同时减轻项目管理部门的工作强度,提高了整个公司的业务运行效率。
[Abstract]:With the continuous expansion of the construction industry in China, the information management of construction projects has gradually become the focus of the construction enterprises to improve and strengthen their own management level and service capacity. Therefore, how to effectively design and develop the project information management system, realize the project management information, electronic, automation, intelligent and paperless office, improve the efficiency of project management, has become a problem to be solved urgently. Therefore, it is necessary to design a project management system to meet the requirements of the current conditions and improve the management level. Based on this background, this paper discusses the design and application of project management system in construction enterprises. Firstly, this paper describes the source and background of this subject, then analyzes the requirements of the system, and then obtains the business process of the project management function of the company, establishes the functional model of the system, and on the basis of the requirement analysis, establishes the function model of the system. Detailed design and analysis are made from system architecture, database and function architecture respectively. The system uses the popular MVC framework for integration development, using database for MySQL database, system development language for JAVA program language. I (independent or participate) completed the following work: bidding management module, project management module, material management module, equipment management module, quality management module and safety management module and other functional modules functional requirements analysis, Non-functional requirements analysis, database design and functional detail design. By showing the running interface of the system, the reader has a more intuitive understanding of the system. Then the system was tested. Finally, the paper is summarized. The system has been applied to the project management of construction enterprises at present, which enables the relevant departments of the company to grasp the project dynamics in a timely and accurate manner, reduces the cost of project management, and improves the efficiency of project management. Support project resource allocation and decision making. At the same time, lighten the work intensity of the project management department, and improve the operation efficiency of the whole company.
