民机安全性分析系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:安全性是飞机的重要特性,它影响飞机和乘客的生命安全,是飞机的固有属性。随着飞机系统组成越来越复杂,以及飞行环境更加恶劣等多方面因素的影响,飞机的安全性工作变得更加重要,安全性已经成为产品研制过程中必须开展的一项设计分析工作,贯穿了民机设计从概念设计到设计验证的各个阶段。 安全性设计分析在飞机研制的概念设计阶段明确整级的安全性要求,在飞机初步设计阶段明确系统级安全性要求并开展初步系统安全性评估工作,在飞机详细设计阶段和试验验证阶段开展系统安全性评估,进行整机级和系统级安全性要求的验证。它是一种针对提出的安全性设计要求与目标,通过系统的安全性分析方法验证系统设计是否满足安全性要求,并在分析过程中识别风险并尽力采取措施来降低危险的系统分析方法,其业务流程实现了自顶向下安全性需求的识别和确认,以及自下而上安全性需求的验证过程。 本论文主要研究的目标是解决企业现有安全性设计分析工作中存在的各类问题,形成适用于飞机及下属各层级产品的数字化安全性分析系统,融合专业工具,通过有效工作任务管理实现过程管控,构建相应的知识库为安全性工作提供数据支撑,从而实现管理融合、数据集成、工作协同,改变当前独立的安全性工作项目管理和分散的安全性信息管理现状,,切实提高安全性分析工作效率。 本论文主要研究内容包括: 首先,疏理民机安全性分析工作的核心业务流程,明确不同研制阶段应该开展的工作项目,确定系统整体的功能及性能要求,确认系统功能包含安全性工作任务管理、安全性设计分析、安全性知识库管理、安全性数据分析和报告等模块,实现安全性工作任务的发布、设计分析的执行、信息查询、信息监控等功能。 其次,在技术层面上,此民机安全性分析系统是一个采用Windows平台主流的解决方案.Net Framework4.5并基于客户端/服务器(B/S)结构的小型数据分析管理系统。该系统采用经典的三层架构进行设计即数据库层、业务逻辑层和功能展示层,存储并分析企业安全性设计分析的数据,以提高整体系统的可扩展性、灵活性、易维护性。 再次,系统采用基于WSDL协议的Webservice中间件实现与第三方系统的数据集成,将中间件部署到Web服务器上,各系统基于HTTP协议接入并实现数据通信。实现了安全性分析系统与企业已有PDM、P6、OA、可靠性设计分析系统的数据集成,实现统一数据源分析,保证与研制工作的协同。 本论文从民机安全性分析系统的实际需求出发,依托安全性工程体系的理论和软件工程的方法进行系统分析设计,最终形成以工作流程为主线、以工程数据为驱动的实用安全性分析系统,经过系统的测试验证本系统目前可行,但随着实际业务需求的增加,系统仍待优化完善。
[Abstract]:Safety is an important characteristic of aircraft, which affects the safety of aircraft and passengers, and is the inherent attribute of aircraft. As the composition of the aircraft system becomes more and more complex and the flight environment becomes worse and worse, the safety of the aircraft becomes more and more important, and safety has become a design and analysis work that must be carried out in the process of product development. It runs through every stage of civil aircraft design from concept design to design verification. The safety design analysis defines the overall safety requirements in the conceptual design phase of aircraft development, and the system-level safety requirements in the initial aircraft design stage, and carries out the preliminary system safety assessment work. The system safety assessment is carried out in the detailed design stage and the test verification stage of the aircraft, and the safety requirements of the whole aircraft and the system level are verified. It is aimed at the proposed security design requirements and objectives, through the system security analysis method to verify whether the system design meets the security requirements, And in the process of identifying risks and taking measures to reduce the risk, the business process realizes the identification and confirmation of top-down security requirements, as well as the verification process of bottom-up security requirements. The main purpose of this paper is to solve the problems existing in the existing safety design and analysis of enterprises, to form a digital security analysis system for aircraft and its subordinate products, and to integrate professional tools. Through effective task management, process control is realized, and the corresponding knowledge base is constructed to provide data support for security work, so as to realize management fusion, data integration and work cooperation. In order to improve the efficiency of security analysis, the present situation of independent security work item management and decentralized security information management is changed. The main contents of this thesis are as follows: firstly, the core business process of civil aircraft safety analysis is dredged, the work items that should be carried out in different stages of development are defined, and the function and performance requirements of the system as a whole are determined. The functions of the system include security task management, security design analysis, security knowledge base management, security data analysis and report, etc., to realize the release of security work task, the execution of design analysis, the inquiry of information, etc. Information monitoring and other functions. Secondly, on the technical level, this civil aircraft security analysis system is a small data analysis and management system based on client / server (B / S) structure, which adopts the mainstream solution of Windows platform. Net Framework4.5. The system adopts the classical three-tier architecture to design the database layer, the business logic layer and the function display layer, and stores and analyzes the data of the enterprise security design and analysis, in order to improve the expansibility, flexibility and maintainability of the whole system. Thirdly, the system adopts the Webservice middleware based on WSDL protocol to realize the data integration with the third party system, and deploys the middleware to the Web server. Each system connects and realizes the data communication based on the HTTP protocol. The data integration of the security analysis system and the existing PDM,P6,OA, reliability design and analysis system is realized, the unified data source analysis is realized, and the cooperation with the research and development is ensured. This paper starts from the actual demand of civil aircraft security analysis system, relies on the theory of security engineering system and the method of software engineering to analyze and design the system, and finally forms the workflow as the main line. The practical security analysis system driven by engineering data has been tested and proved to be feasible at present, but with the increase of actual business demand, the system still needs to be optimized and perfected.
