BIM技术在工程建设项目中模型创建和碰撞检测的应用研究

【摘要】:我国项目管理技术的项目管理效率低下,项目管理手段落后以及信息平台断层等问题造成了各专业协调性差,在施工过程中不断遇到难题而导致返工、工期延误,致使建设工程项目蒙受巨大的经济损失并对建筑业的产能造成较大影响。针对这些问题,BIM (Building Information Modeling)技术应运而生。BIM技术即建筑信息模型,是以建设工程项目的各项相关信息数据作为模型的基础,进行建筑模型的建立,通过数字信息仿真模拟建筑物所具有的真实信息。通过BIM技术的应用,我们可以实现建设工程项目的可视化,提高各专业的协调性,优化建筑物的设计,在施工前进行碰撞分析,对设计错误及时进行修改,大大减少工程建设风险及浪费,避免经济损失,显著提高建设进程效率。BIM技术自从引进我国以来不断发展,已经逐渐应用在建设工程项目的各个阶段上,但由于引入时间不长,技术尚未成熟,无法高效的发挥BIM技术的优势。模型和信息是BIM技术的核心组成部分,在模型创建的过程中已经包含了建筑物的大量信息,将完成好的模型导入不同的分析软件中进行再分析,从而得到更多的项目相关信息,模型作为基础是至关重要的。在模型创建的过程中,由于在每个建筑模型中都包含有大量的图元,而其中又有很大一部分模型图元及放置方式是相同的,因而产生了很多重复性的工作。若将图元逐一进行创建并放置,将极大地降低模型的创建效率和准确率,浪费大量的时间和精力。而作为BIM技术另一核心的信息则体现在对模型进行分析,通过模拟分析模型,在施工进行之前解决设计中出现的“错、漏、碰、缺”,避免施工过程中因设计错误而引发返工、工期延误等造成大量工程浪费的问题,使得项目各参与方能够实现利益最大化。因此本文在BIM技术的基础上提出了基于BIM技术的模组化模型创建体系理论,以Autodesk Revit Architecture软件作为平台,结合东北林业大学某公寓项目实际案例,创建该项目的建筑模型的过程中实践该理论;以Autodesk Navisworks Management软件作为碰撞检测平台,对本项目模型进行碰撞检测应用。
[Abstract]:The project management efficiency of the project management technology in our country is low, the project management means is backward, and the information platform fault and other problems have resulted in the poor coordination of various specialties, and the continuous difficulties in the construction process have led to the rework and the delay of the construction period. Causes the construction project to suffer the huge economic loss and to the construction industry production capacity has caused the big influence. In view of these problems, BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology emerges as the times require. BIM technology, that is, building information model, is based on the relevant information data of construction project. The real information of the building is simulated by digital information simulation. Through the application of BIM technology, we can realize the visualization of construction projects, improve the coordination of various specialties, optimize the design of buildings, carry out collision analysis before construction, and modify the design errors in time. Greatly reduce the risk and waste of engineering construction, avoid economic losses, and significantly improve the efficiency of the construction process. BIM technology has been gradually applied in all stages of construction projects since it was introduced into China. But because the introduction time is not long, the technology is not mature, can not play the advantage of BIM technology efficiently. Model and information is the core part of BIM technology. In the process of model creation, a lot of building information has been included. The completed model is imported into different analysis software for reanalysis, and more information about the project is obtained. Model as the foundation is essential. In the process of model creation, because there are a lot of elements in each building model, and a large part of the model elements and placement methods are the same, it produces a lot of repetitive work. If the elements are created and placed one by one, the efficiency and accuracy of model creation will be greatly reduced, and a lot of time and energy will be wasted. As another core of BIM technology, the information is reflected in the analysis of the model. By simulating and analyzing the model, the "mistakes, leaks, bumps, gaps" that appear in the design before the construction is solved, so as to avoid the rework caused by the design mistakes in the construction process. The delay of the construction period causes a lot of waste of project, which makes the participants of the project realize the maximum benefit. Therefore, based on the BIM technology, this paper puts forward the theory of modular model building system based on BIM technology, taking Autodesk Revit Architecture software as the platform, combining with the actual case of an apartment project in Northeast Forestry University. The theory is practiced in the process of creating the architectural model of the project; Using Autodesk Navisworks Management software as collision detection platform, the model of this project is applied to collision detection.
