旅游项目融资方式的新运用

【摘要】：旅游业正在成为中国的支柱产业和最具活力的经济增长点 ,但是由于旅游项目开发资金不足 ,项目管理水平低 ,使旅游业的开发程度和产出水平与中国旅游资源的丰富地位不相称 ,因此 ,选用BOT融资方式对中国旅游项目的开发和管理具有非常重要的意义。
[Abstract]:Tourism is becoming the pillar industry and the most dynamic economic growth point in China. However, due to the lack of funds for the development of tourism projects, the level of project management is low. The degree of tourism development and the level of tourism output are not commensurate with the rich status of tourism resources in China. Therefore, it is of great significance to choose the BOT financing mode for the development and management of tourism projects in China.
