山东电力信息化项目管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:山东电力集团公司每年都有大量的信息化建设项目,由于大量不同格式的文档存放在不同的物理位置或服务器上,当员工、客户和合作伙伴需要一些资料时,却发现很难找到所需的资料。这样的处理暴露出准确率低,速度慢,资源浪费,重复工作,查询不便等不足之处,缺乏统一管理的方案和有效的手段,集中管理如此庞杂的文档非常困难,同时,机密文件很难得到有效的保护。这种情况下,建立信息化项目管理系统势在必行。系统使用Struts、Hibernate、Spring三个框架,将实现数据库层、业务逻辑层(应用服务层)、用户界面三层架构体系。业务逻辑层由web service完成,直接操作数据库。用户界面层采用htc技术,同步调用web service。系统的后台数据库管理使用Oracle 10g。信息化项目管理系统分四大部分,第一部分项目管理,主要是实现了信息项目的管理工作,由集体公司本部及基层单位人员进行操作;第二部分为综合报表管理,由集体公司本部及基层单位人员进行操作;第三部分是档案管理,档案管理是对项目结题后的各种资料、文档进行归档管理,形成项目文档资料库。实现对项目资料的快速检索和最大程度地挖掘蕴藏在项目文档中的信息价值;第四部分为综合办公管理,主要实现通讯录、通告通知、邮件定期任务定义等功能。系统运行稳定,功能全面,设置规范,界面友好,统计数据准确。系统从应用需求出发,综合考虑了系统的灵活性、实用性,能够有效的提升企业形象,提供各类报表的填报及汇总统计功能,大大节省了填制表报的时间,提高工作效率。

In this case, the establishment of information project management system is imperative. The system uses three frameworks of Struts,Hibernate,Spring, which are database layer, business logic layer (application service layer) and user interface. The business logic layer is completed by web service and directly operates the database. The user interface layer adopts htc technology, calling web service. synchronously The background database management of the system uses Oracle 10g. The information project management system is divided into four parts. The first part of the project management is to realize the information project management, by the collective company headquarters and grass-roots unit personnel to operate; The second part is the comprehensive report management, which is operated by the collective company headquarters and the personnel of the basic unit; the third part is the file management, the archives management is all kinds of data after the project is finished, the document carries on the archiving management, forms the project document database. The fourth part is the comprehensive office management, which mainly realizes the functions of address book, notification, and regular task definition. The system runs stably, the function is comprehensive, the setting standard, the interface is friendly, the statistical data is accurate. Considering the flexibility and practicability of the system, the system can effectively improve the image of the enterprise, provide the functions of filling out and collecting statistics of all kinds of report forms, and greatly save the time of filling out the forms and improve the working efficiency.
