燃气—蒸汽联合循环机组汽轮机主汽、调节联合阀改造监理项目管理研究

【摘要】:近年来,随着我国治理大气污染的需要和调整电力结构力度加大,天然气作为清洁能源日益受到重视。天然气发电拥有效率高、污染物排放少、启/停机迅速、运行方式灵活等特点。根据国务院2013年1月1日发布的能源发展十二五规划,天然气发电到2015年装机容量将在十一五的基础上翻番达到5600万千瓦,年均增长16.2%.预计至2020年天然气发电装机容量将达到1亿千瓦。虽然天然气发电机组已经在国内发展到一定规模,但受政策规范不完善、气源供应与机组布局不协调、以及核心技术缺失等发展障碍影响,我国的天然气发电机组多以调峰调频为主,采用昼开夜停的运行方式。燃气发电机组在为电网调峰调频作出贡献的同时,也增加了设备检修、维护成本。机组频繁启停不仅对燃气轮机部件寿命产生影响,同时在停机和冷态启动阶段对汽轮机、余热锅炉等设备造成严重损害。本文结合某燃气-蒸汽联合循环机组汽轮机主汽、调节联合阀裂纹隐患治理项目对汽轮机主汽、调节联合阀的改造技术及设备建造过程的管理进行分析研究,提出汽轮机重要部件监造管理实施的步骤和保障措施。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the need of air pollution control and the increase of power structure adjustment, natural gas as a clean energy has been paid more and more attention. Natural gas power generation has the characteristics of high efficiency, less pollutant emission, quick start-up / downtime, flexible operation mode and so on. According to the State Council's 12th Five-Year Plan for Energy Development, released on January 1, 2013, the installed capacity of natural gas power generation will double to 5600 kilowatts by 2015, an annual increase of 16.2 kilowatts. It is expected that the installed capacity of natural gas power generation will reach 100 million kilowatts by 2020. Although the natural gas generating units have developed to a certain scale in China, they are affected by the imperfect policies and norms, the disharmony between the supply of gas sources and the layout of the units, and the lack of core technology. The natural gas generator sets in our country are mainly peak-shaving and frequency-modulated, and use the operation mode of open day and night stop. While contributing to the peak regulation and frequency modulation of the power network, the gas generator also increases the equipment maintenance and maintenance costs. The frequent start-up and shutdown not only affect the life of gas turbine components, but also cause serious damage to steam turbine, waste heat boiler and other equipment in the stage of shutdown and cold start-up. In this paper, the modification technology of steam turbine main steam and regulating combined valve and the management of equipment construction process are analyzed and studied in combination with the main steam and regulating combined valve crack control project of a gas-steam combined cycle unit. This paper puts forward the steps and safeguard measures for the supervision and management of the important parts of steam turbine.
