河南矿业集团项目开发成本控制研究
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's social economy, the construction industry occupies a very important proportion in the economic resources of our country, together with the iron and steel industry, the automobile industry constitutes the three lifeblood of restricting and promoting the economic development of our country. As China is still in the ranks of developing countries and its economic development lags behind that of advanced countries, the rapid development of the construction industry in China is inextricably related to the economic development of our country and the quality of life of the people. To some extent, the rapid development of the construction industry in China is closely related to the quality of life of the people. The standard to evaluate whether a country develops rapidly is to look at the present situation of the construction industry in a country. The development of the construction industry plays a great role in promoting the development of our national economy. This paper studies and analyzes the cost control and management of each stage of design and construction in the process of construction project, and studies the cost budget, management method and control principle of each stage in the process of cost control and management. Through the establishment of a set of reasonable and efficient operation mechanism of project cost management and control, it can increase the profit and enhance the competitiveness of the construction unit in the social market. First of all, the background and significance of cost management and control in the construction industry at home and abroad are analyzed and studied. It is found that the cost control system is not perfect and the control methods are backward in the current project cost control. By studying the content of cost management and control, a unique cost control scheme is established. Taking Henan Mining Group Company as the object, this paper studies the cost management system and method of Henan Mining Group Company in the design and construction stage, and establishes a reasonable cost control system in the design and construction stage. It is considered that rational allocation of construction resources by construction units plays an important role in cost control. Finally, taking the cost management and control of Zhangzhuang community residential building project of Shangqiu City developed by Henan Mining Group as an example, the basic operating status of cost control in the process of construction is studied. Based on the mature theory of project management and cost control, this paper analyzes the cost control of construction units in the design and construction stage, finds out the practical problems, and establishes a set of reasonable cost control system synthetically. Through the construction budget control method, the cost accumulative curve method, the deviation method and so on a series of engineering project cost control methods, carries on the analysis drawing to the concrete data, makes the table comparison, carries on the detailed budget and the control, The reasonable management and control methods and concrete measures are put forward to effectively realize the cost management and control in the design and construction stage of the construction unit. This paper takes the cost management system of Henan Mining Group as the research object by studying in detail the theoretical knowledge and methods of cost management and control of construction units in the design and construction stages of engineering projects. This paper analyzes the cost management and control of Zhangzhuang Community Residential Building Project in Shangqiu City, Henan Province, finds out the disadvantages of cost management and control in the stage, and puts forward a set of reasonable detailed cost management and control system. It also provides a good reference for the construction industry to perfect the system and system of cost management and control in the future.
