【摘要】:新产品是推动企业持续发展的动力。近十多年来,LED行业随着技术的迅猛发展而日新月异,LED作为照明行业第四代光源产品,,是21世纪最具有发展前景的高新技术产业之一。人们已经不再满足于简单的照明需求,人们在使用照明设备的时候越来越强调设备的性能、美观、节能。人们的新需求构成了对现代照明市场的新导向,也意味着LED行业的新产品将更具创新性,更为复杂化、融合化、独特化。 同样的市场、客户需求,不一样的技术平台,给市场带来更多的竞争、同时给客户带来更多的选择、同时也给生产企业必须创新求发展的战略目标。企业唯有不断追求创新,开发出差异化强、富有独特性的新产品,才能从市场竞争中脱颖而出,占据一席之地。国内外企业的成功经验告诉我们企业必须设计一套适合自身企业的科学、合理的新产品开发项目管理流程方法,才能快速有效的找到符合企业自身战略发展需要的新产品,并能高质量的成功完成新产品的开发过程。由于LED行业企业具有自身特有的特点和行业特性,所以不能盲目的使用其他行业企业的成功经验。本论文正是在上述行业和企业面临巨大挑战的背景下开始分析研究的,为的就是给本企业设计一套合理的、可行的新产品开发项目管理流程体系。 本文是作者在企业内从事新产品开发及项目管理工作过程中的经验总结。作者先从项目管理知识体系入手,采用项目整合管理知识与门径管理方法结合分析企业新产品开发项目的现状,同时为新流程体系设计提供实践背景与理论依据;项目范围管理则为新产品需求的选择提供了更加科学的选择方法,更加专业性的科学流程框架。最后,作者将新的流程体系运用到新产品开发项目的实际工作中,用超远距离LED精确控光投光灯新产品开发项目管理案例论证本新流程体系在实际工作中的可行性及有效性。
[Abstract]:New products are the driving force to promote the sustainable development of enterprises. In the past ten years, the LED industry has been changing with the rapid development of technology. As the fourth generation light source of lighting industry, LED is one of the most promising high-tech industries in the 21st century. People are no longer satisfied with the simple lighting requirements, people in the use of lighting equipment more and more emphasis on the performance of the equipment, beautiful, energy-saving. The new demand of people constitutes a new direction to the modern lighting market, which also means that the new products of LED industry will be more innovative, more complex, integrated and unique. The same market, customer demand and different technology platform bring more competition to the market, more choices to the customer, and the strategic goal that the production enterprise must innovate and develop. Only by constantly pursuing innovation and developing new products with strong differentiation and uniqueness can enterprises stand out from the market competition and occupy a place. The successful experience of enterprises at home and abroad tells us that enterprises must design a set of scientific and reasonable new product development project management process methods suitable for their own enterprises, in order to quickly and effectively find new products that meet the needs of their own strategic development. And can complete the new product development process with high quality and success. Because LED industry enterprises have their own unique characteristics and industry characteristics, so we can not blindly use the successful experience of other industries. In this paper, under the background that the industry and enterprises are facing enormous challenges, the purpose of this paper is to design a set of reasonable and feasible new product development project management process system for the enterprise. This paper is a summary of the author's experience in the process of new product development and project management. The author starts with the knowledge system of project management and analyzes the current situation of the new product development project by adopting the method of project integration management knowledge and door path management. At the same time, it provides the practical background and theoretical basis for the design of the new process system. Project scope management provides a more scientific selection method and a more professional scientific process framework for the selection of new product requirements. Finally, the author applies the new process system to the practical work of the new product development project, and proves the feasibility and effectiveness of the new process system in the practical work by using the case of ultra-long distance LED to accurately control the light cast lamp new product development project management.
