【摘要】：根据建设行业造价管理部门的基本职能，将工程建设的项目管理、信息交流、专业服务移植到网络上，利用成熟的工程管理技术、网络技术及软件技术搭建一个专业化平台，依靠应用软件和互联网的融合，构建建设工程造价管理网络管理系统，以用来完成管理、协作、交流和沟通工作。
