大型水利工程关键链进度计划方法研究

【摘要】:针对进度计划的最新发展———关键链进度计划法(CCS),着重阐述了CCS的基本假定和原理,深入剖析其利弊,并探求改进的思路与方法,以求合理有效地将CCS相关管理思想应用于水利工程项目进度计划与管理中,为工程决策与管理者全面而准确地掌握项目进度、保证项目如期完工,以及制定合理工期提供依据。
[Abstract]:In view of the latest development of the progress plan-the key chain schedule planning method (CCS), this paper emphatically expounds the basic assumptions and principles of CCS, deeply analyzes its advantages and disadvantages, and probes into the ideas and methods of improvement. In order to reasonably and effectively apply CCS related management thought to water conservancy project schedule planning and management, this paper provides the basis for project decision-making and management to grasp the project progress comprehensively and accurately, to ensure the project to be completed on schedule, and to establish a reasonable time limit.
