电力行业基建信息化管理系统设计与实现

【摘要】:大型电厂的建设期,具有参与项目人员多、项目周期长等特点。在工程施工期间,项目投资、财务交易种类繁多,以上这些情况导致了这个阶段会产生大量复杂重要的业务数据。 电力行业基建信息化管理系统依托于前沿的计算机信息技术,将多种基建业务信息进行集成,并对该业务信息进行加工和透明处理,提供给建设工程项目管理人员一个良好的信息管理平台,为基础设施项目的决策者得到丰富、准确的决策信息。 本课题以国华北京高安屯电厂二期项目为背景,研究工作的主要特点包括: (1)详细地分析了系统的功能性和非功能需求,将电力行业基建信息化管理系统建设划分为五个子系统。 (2)采用应用企业级J2EE的MVC架构。基于J2EE分层架构思想,集成Struts+Spring+Hibernate框架,将系统分为四层;并对系统进行数据库和安全性设计。 (3)分别使用JBPM工作流技术和JasperReports开源报表技术实现了施工月报模块;以FreeMarker模板引擎实现了自动生成招投标模块前台js和后台Java程序;基于Apache的CXF的WebService技术,实现了电力行业基建信息化管理系统与第三方财务系统业务数据的接收和发送;利用Lucene引擎完成了文档的分类、归集管理,对文档信息内容提供全文查询。 电力行业基建信息化管理系统实现了企业资源配置的最优化,固化业务口与物资、财务口数据,确保数据的一致性,大大减少业务人员在基建工程中帐务处理的工作量,提供成本的统计与分析,为公司资产保值增值恪尽职守,为管理品质提高勤勉尽责。
[Abstract]:Large-scale power plant construction period, with the participation of more project personnel, long project cycle and so on. During the construction of the project, there are many kinds of investment and financial transactions, which lead to the production of a large number of complex and important business data. Based on the advanced computer information technology, the power industry infrastructure information management system integrates various construction business information, and processes the business information transparently. It provides a good information management platform for the construction project managers and provides rich and accurate decision information for the decision makers of infrastructure projects. Based on the second phase project of Guohua Beijing Gaoantun Power Plant, the main characteristics of the research include: (1) the functional and non-functional requirements of the system are analyzed in detail. This paper divides the construction of power industry infrastructure information management system into five subsystems. (2) adopt the MVC architecture of applying enterprise J2EE. Based on the idea of J2EE hierarchical architecture, the system is divided into four layers by integrating Struts Spring Hibernate framework, and the database and security of the system are designed. (3) the construction monthly report module is realized by using JBPM workflow technology and JasperReports open source report technology, and the front stage js and backstage Java program are realized by FreeMarker template engine. The WebService technology of CXF based on Apache realizes the receiving and sending of business data between the information management system of power industry capital construction and the third party financial system. The Lucene engine is used to complete the document classification and collection management, and provide the full text query for the document information content. The information management system of electric power industry capital construction realizes the optimization of enterprise resource allocation, solidifies the data of business port, material and financial mouth, ensures the consistency of data, and greatly reduces the workload of account handling in the capital construction project. Provide cost statistics and analysis to fulfill the duties of maintaining and increasing the value of the company's assets, and to improve the quality of management.
