汽车注塑安全玻璃开发项目风险评估与控制研究

【摘要】:本文研究了项目管理中风险评估和控制的管理理念和方法,以作者所在行业标杆企业的一个关键项目,上海通用CD16J项目的注塑安全玻璃开发项目的技术开发风险控制为例,针对汽车注塑安全玻璃的技术开发特定要求,结合汽车行业质量体系要求,建立注塑安全玻璃的工作结构模型,进行全寿命周期的风险要素全方位识别;制定了相应完整的评估流程,建立不同评估方法的专用模型,整合出注塑安全玻璃的项目风险评价指标体系,应用并实践了汽车注塑安全玻璃开发项目风险评价和控制理论,对现有的项目风险管理体系进行了补足,使作者企业的项目风险管理水平得到了提高,在今后的项目管理工作中减少或规避了相应风险,确保注塑安全玻璃的顺利开发成功。
[Abstract]:This paper studies the management concepts and methods of risk assessment and control in project management. Taking a key project in the benchmarking enterprise of the author's industry and the technical development risk control of the injection safety glass project of Shanghai General purpose CD16J Project as an example, According to the specific requirements of the technical development of automotive injection safety glass, combined with the quality system requirements of automobile industry, the working structure model of injection safety glass was established, and the risk factors of the whole life cycle were identified in all directions. The corresponding complete evaluation flow is established, the special model of different evaluation methods is established, the project risk evaluation index system of injection safety glass is integrated, and the risk evaluation and control theory of automobile injection safety glass development project is applied and practiced. The existing project risk management system is supplemented, the project risk management level of the author enterprise is improved, the corresponding risk is reduced or evaded in the project management work in the future, and the successful development of the injection molded safety glass is ensured.
