H公司项目组织结构优化研究
[Abstract]:Since entering the 21 st century, the reform of domestic market economy has deepened gradually, and the competition of globalization has become increasingly fierce. The management of domestic enterprises is gradually in line with international standards. The development of enterprises depends on the success of numerous projects as support. The understanding depth of enterprise project management is merging with the development of the times and the development of the enterprise. Whether the project can be managed reasonably and efficiently determines whether the enterprise can run smoothly or not, and whether the long-term strategy of the enterprise can be finally realized. In the process of practical production, the organizational structure of project management is the most important factor to determine the efficiency of enterprise project management. The enterprise needs to adopt the scientific method to demonstrate and combine its internal and external environment and actual situation to select and formulate the project management organization structure which is most suitable for its own characteristics. In this paper, H Company is selected as the research object. H Company is a processing and manufacturing enterprise established after the reform of a state-owned research institute. In this paper, based on the multi-project management work of H Company in the fluid purification treatment industry, the optimization scheme of the organization structure with project management as the core is mainly studied around the current project management problems of H Company. First of all, this paper briefly introduces the knowledge theory of management and project management, focusing on the research history of organizational structure and the current research progress of scholars at home and abroad. The author then introduces several classical and common forms of project management organization structure, and analyzes their respective advantages and disadvantages. The author quoted the research results of the concept characteristics of multi-project management organization structure and the choice and design principle of organization structure as the theoretical basis of this paper, and provided the support for the analysis and optimization direction of the following examples. Then, this paper summarizes the domestic purification treatment industry, especially the air treatment industry, and clarifies the industry background and competition pressure faced by H Company. On the basis of internal and external environment, this paper analyzes the present situation of multi-project management and the problems in organization structure of H Company. In view of these problems, the internal and external data are collected, all the factors that affect the organizational structure of enterprise project management are listed, the organization experts score the importance of each factor, and construct the judgment matrix of H company's organizational structure. The author uses analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to calculate the weight of the evaluation score quantitatively, compares the results with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and makes an important ranking of the points that need to be optimized. The author has designed the evaluation and analysis method innovatively to make the calculation result have the directionality, from the result clearly observed the important part which the organization structure needs to optimize and improve. Finally, using the knowledge of management and combining with the actual working situation, for H company in the construction of project management organization structure shows lag behind, organizational structure and business mode solidified, In this paper, the problems of low production efficiency and management efficiency are discussed. According to the results of calculation, the optimization and improvement scheme and management solution of the project management organization structure of H Company are determined. The author comes to the conclusion that the main defects of the project management organization structure of H Company at the present stage are too functional, the process is rigid and slow, and the functions of the managers are limited. The project management organization structure of H company should be optimized and adjusted towards the direction of "strengthening project", strengthening flexibility and redividing responsibilities.
