国城市建设研究院有限公司项目经营管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】：我国城市的建设步伐随着整个社会的发展变的越来越快。随着我国经济发展水平的不断提高,我国在城市化建设方面投入的成本也越来越大,我国居民对城市化建设的要求也越来越大,所以加快我国城市建设步伐是我国从政府到人民的共同目标。这种发展形式能够为我国居民提供更好的生活环境,但是同时也带来了很多问题,由于资金的投入不断加大,也出现了许多资源浪费的现象。目前许多地区采用的人工管理方式,在管理过程中存在不少缺点。首先就是效率问题,人工管理效率偏低；其次就是局限性,信息传播存在局限性,所获得的信息有限,容易错过更加符合要求的项目。效率的低下和失误都在一定程度上造成资源的浪费。除了以上几点问题之外,人工管理的方式也给项目的监督工作带了和很多困难,人员在工作过程中,很难对项目进行科学的监督工作,进而产生浪费的现象,并且人工的管理方式很容易出现工作重复的现象,一件事情多个人同时进行,最终得到的结果是一样的,造成人工成本的浪费。综上所述,建设一个信息化的管理系统对城市建设工作进行管理是非常有必要的。中国城市建设研究院有限公司项目经营管理系统研究的功能主要包括组织机构管理功能,也就是对公司的工作机构、人员进行管理,如机构代码管理、部门信息管理、群组信息管理、领导信息管理；招标项目管理功能；投标项目管理功能；项目跟踪管理功能；项目分析管理功能。系统研究过程中主要使用了Java开发语言、B/S模式以及MVC设计模式,其中Java是一种简单的、跨平台的、面向对象的、分布式的、健壮安全的、结构中立的、性能优异的、多线程的、动态的语言。通过中国城市建设研究院有限公司的研究可以对目前项目管理中存在的信息化工作不健全、容易出现错误等问题进行缓解,进而实现提高项目经营管理水平和效率的目的。

In the process of work, it is very difficult for the personnel to carry out scientific supervision work on the project, thus creating a phenomenon of waste. And the way of labor management is easy to appear the phenomenon of duplication of work, one thing more than one person at the same time, the final result is the same, resulting in a waste of labor costs. To sum up, it is necessary to build an information management system for urban construction.
