T公司产品易损零部件信息整合项目的进度管理研究

【摘要】:T公司近年来大力发展和改善售后服务领域,以满足客户需求,提供满意度。产品的易损零部件信息整合项目致力于维护和完善售后信息的软件平台。但项目却一而再,再而三的延期。如何通过进度管理来积极响应项目的进度需求就成为T公司该项目所需要面对的问题。 本论文通过使用鱼骨图法从对象、设备、时间、资源、环境几个方面分析了项目中存在的各类问题,再从中选取了主要问题提出其解决策略。然后,利用工作分解结构技术和关键路径法等管理工具,综合T公司自身的项目实施流程,分析阐述公司产品易损零部件信息整合项目管理的特殊要求以及实施过程中出现的问题,进而得出改进建议。最后,将提出优化后的最佳流程以案例分析的形式实施在离心式冷水机产品项目上,并运用挣值分析其实际的优越性和可行性。将项目进度管理运用到原低效,严重滞后的项目中,进行科学的管理和改进。
[Abstract]:In recent years, T Company develops and improves the field of after-sales service to meet the needs of customers and provide satisfaction. Product vulnerable parts information integration project is dedicated to maintain and improve the software platform of after-sale information. But the project has been postponed again and again. How to respond positively to the progress requirement of the project through schedule management becomes the problem that T company needs to face. This paper analyzes all kinds of problems existing in the project from the aspects of object, equipment, time, resources and environment by using the fish bone graph method, and then puts forward its solutions to the main problems. Then, we use the management tools such as job decomposition structure technology and critical path method to synthesize T Company's own project implementation process. This paper analyzes and expounds the special requirements of the information integration project management of the vulnerable parts of the company and the problems in the process of implementation, and then comes up with some suggestions for improvement. Finally, the optimized process is put into practice in the form of case analysis, and its practical superiority and feasibility are analyzed by using earned value. Apply the project schedule management to the low efficiency, seriously lagging project, carry on the scientific management and the improvement.
