华晨中华E3缸体生产线项目进度管理研究

【摘要】:本论文主要以华晨中华E3缸体生产线项目为题材,由原来的加工中心+专用设备组建的E3缸体柔性生产线到新建一条符合目前国内形势的中国制造2025智能生产线。科翔公司原E3缸体生产线以加工中心+专用设备组建的柔性生产线是气动工装夹具,手动装夹工件、人为控制换刀等依赖人为因素较高的生产制造过程。此柔性生产线更换工装、刀具可切换其它型号缸体产品的生产。转型快,产品质量依赖人为因素较多。而新建的智能生产线主要以机器人+沈阳机床I5智能加工中心+专用设备组建的生产线,该智能生产线符合当前形势“中国制造2025”和“德国工业4.0”。利用沈阳机床I5智能系统和互联网相结合,收集数据进行管理,还具备转型快等特点。生产管理方面可制定计划并保证有执行结果的反馈。刀具管理方面监控机床中刀具的使用寿命,提示换刀功能。设备管理方面可监控设备的使用状况及设备维修及维护的数据统计。质量控制方面:一是机器人上下工件,工装有自动检测是否装夹到位功能,否则不予以加工;二是道序关键尺寸自动检测功能,数据自动上传,直接评价该工序的过程能力(SPC)是否满足要求;三是零部件二维码识别,有效控制产品的可追朔性。最主要的是减少产线工人,提高产品质量。本研究中围绕华晨中华E3缸体生产线建设项目计划管理实施,采用工作分解结构方法,分为四章逐步深入。在第一章中重点介绍了本项目的概况以及根据国内外文献进行了项目管理中工作分解结构的理论和应用综述;在第二章中讨论了该项目进度管理的背景及进度计划管理的必要性;在第三章中重点介绍了WBS的编制方法以及该项目进度计划制定的实施和控制方法;在第四章中具体论述了该项目管理的评价、不足以及今后改进和进一步研究方向。本研究的目的是,应用工作分解结构理论和方法,明确项目WBS管理理论和方法在汽车生产线建设项目工程施工中的具体应用,为进一步提高当前我国汽车生产线建设工程的管理水平起到一定的理论和实践的指导作用。
[Abstract]:This paper is based on the project of the production line of the E3 cylinder in Huachen, and the flexible production line of the E3 cylinder formed by the original machining center + special equipment to the new production 2025 intelligent production line which is in line with the present domestic situation. The flexible production line of the original E3 cylinder production line of the company is a pneumatic tool fixture, a manual clamping work piece, a man-made control change tool, and the like, and the production and manufacturing process is high in human factors. The flexible production line replaces the tool, and the tool can switch the production of other cylinder block products. The transformation is fast, and the product quality is more dependent on human factors. The new intelligent production line is mainly formed by the intelligent processing center of the robot + Shenyang machine tool I5 + special equipment, and the intelligent production line is in accordance with the current situation "China Manufacturing 2025" and "Germany Industry 4.0". With the combination of the I5 intelligent system and the Internet of the Shenyang machine tool, the data is collected for management, and the characteristics of fast transformation and the like are also provided. The production management can develop plans and ensure the feedback of the results. In the aspect of tool management, the service life of the tool in the machine tool is monitored, and the tool changing function is prompted. The equipment management can monitor the usage status of the equipment and the data statistics of equipment maintenance and maintenance. in that aspect of quality control, firstly, the robot upper and lower work pieces and the tool have the function of automatically detecting whether to be clamped in place, otherwise, the robot is not processed; secondly, the automatic detection function of the key dimension of the track and the data are automatically uploaded, and the process capability (SPC) of the process is directly evaluated whether the process meets the requirements; And thirdly, the component two-dimension code identification is used, and the traceability of the product can be effectively controlled. The most important is to reduce the production line workers and improve the product quality. In this study, the implementation of the project planning and management of the production line of the E3 cylinder block in Huachen is carried out, and the working decomposition structure method is adopted, and the four chapters are divided into four chapters. In the first chapter, the general situation of the project and the theory and application of the work breakdown structure in project management based on the domestic and foreign documents are introduced, and the background of the project schedule management and the necessity of the schedule management are discussed in the second chapter. In the third chapter, the preparation method of the WBS and the implementation and control method of the project schedule are introduced. In the fourth chapter, the evaluation, deficiency and future improvement and further research direction of the project management are discussed in detail. The purpose of this study is to clarify the application of WBS management theory and method in the construction of automobile production line construction project by using the theory and method of work decomposition structure. In order to further improve the management level of China's automobile production line construction project, it has a guiding role in theory and practice.
