广州KX工程建设监理有限公司战略选择与实施策略研究
[Abstract]:The strategic planning of enterprise development is the most important factor of enterprise development. Therefore, to do a good job in the strategic planning of the development of enterprises is conducive to the realization of the rapid development of enterprises. At present, most of the supervision enterprises in China have not paid enough attention to the development strategy and planning of the company. This paper mainly analyzes and studies the development of Guangzhou KX Engineering Construction Supervision Co., Ltd., and further improves its enterprise strategic planning. Guangzhou KX Engineering Construction Supervision Company is the first group of enterprises in Guangdong Province to set up and carry out supervision business. After many years of development, the company has a high reputation in Guangdong Province and even the whole country, especially in the supervision business of municipal engineering, housing engineering and other fields, the competition strength is stronger. However, in the rapid development of its supervision business, there are still some urgent problems to be solved. On the basis of analyzing the internal and external environment of the enterprise, this paper adopts the theory and method of enterprise strategic management to analyze and study the development strategy of the enterprise, so as to further perfect the strategic development plan of the enterprise. It also provides a new idea for studying the development strategy of supervision enterprises and even the whole industry. Firstly, the development background of the construction supervision industry and the basic situation of the case companies are briefly described in this paper, and the current research situation of the construction supervision industry and the references are briefly introduced. Secondly, in the analysis of the internal and external environment faced by the enterprises, this paper uses the PEST and Porter five forces model; at the same time, on the basis of the development of Guangzhou KX Engineering Construction Supervision Company, the paper analyzes its internal resources and capabilities. Thirdly, the advantages and disadvantages of the company, the opportunities and threats faced by the company are analyzed in detail by SWOT analysis method, and the corresponding strategic guidance is given. Finally, in order to ensure the effective realization of the strategic objectives, this paper divides the strategic objectives in stages. To sum up, this paper draws the following conclusions: firstly, the local color of the supervision industry is very strong, even under the national macro-economic depression, the development prospect of the construction supervision industry is still very broad; Secondly, even if Guangzhou KX Engineering Construction Supervision Company has a good brand image, strong organizational background and technical support, it still faces many urgent problems, such as: single product structure, Internal resources have yet to be effectively integrated; Thirdly, according to the analysis of SWOT, the development strategy of Guangzhou KX Project Construction Supervision Company should be based on the improvement of the core competence of the enterprise, adopt the expansion development strategy, and change the former single product structure. Make great efforts to become a national enterprise which takes supervision business as the core, including cost consultation, engineering bidding agent project management as an integral whole of diversified large-scale comprehensive project management services; Finally, Guangzhou KX Project Construction Supervision Company should scientifically design the organizational framework of the company, constantly adjust and improve the governance structure, step by step to promote the work of focus stage, integration stage and related diversification stage. We should continue to establish and improve the human resources management system, strengthen the construction of enterprise information and corporate culture, strengthen risk management, take business process reengineering as the center, and strengthen the construction of the talent team through the creation of learning-type organizations. Scientific and efficient guidelines to ensure the smooth implementation of the strategy of the company.
