GD所GDL项目进度管理研究

【摘要】:项目进度管理是项目管理的重要内容。项目进度管理关系工程建设项目是否能在合同规定的期限内按时交付,关系整个建设项目的综合经济效益能否顺利实现,因此对进度管理进行研究有着非常重要的现实意义。当前,生产特殊产品的军工企业的能力建设任务越来越重,作为GD所的重点能力建设项目——GDL厂房建设就是其中之一。GDL厂房建设项目具有施工难度大、工期紧、影响因素多等特点。本文从项目进度管理理论入手对GDL厂房建设项目进行了进度管理研究。首先运用WBS法对GDL厂房建设项目主要活动进行工作分解,确定活动关系和活动历时,建立初步网络计划,并利用时差计算确定关键路径,从而确定工期。对标项目要求,分析工期、资源、成本等条件,运用工期优化法对初步进度计划进行优化,对关键路径上的活动进行工期压缩,最终得到满足项目工期要求的进度计划。采用挣值法分析项目进度。通过上述应用研究,对项目进度进行了有效的计划、跟踪和控制,使项目在规定的时间内顺利进行,最终实现了GD所对GDL厂房建设项目的目标要求,同时也为GD所工程建设项目进度管理提供了一定参考。
[Abstract]:Project schedule management is an important content of project management. The project schedule management is related to whether the construction project can be delivered on time within the time limit stipulated in the contract and whether the comprehensive economic benefit of the whole construction project can be successfully realized. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the schedule management. At present, the capacity-building task of military enterprises that produce special products is more and more heavy. As the key capacity-building project of GD, the construction of GDL factory building is one of them. The construction project of GDL factory building has great difficulty in construction, and the construction period is tight. Many factors affect the characteristics. Based on the theory of project schedule management, this paper studies the schedule management of GDL plant construction project. Firstly, the WBS method is used to decompose the main activities of the GDL plant construction project, to determine the relationship and duration of the activities, to establish a preliminary network plan, and to determine the critical path by using the time difference calculation to determine the duration of the project. According to the requirements of bid project, the conditions of time limit, resource and cost are analyzed, the initial schedule plan is optimized by the method of time limit optimization, the activity on critical path is compressed, and finally the schedule plan which meets the requirement of project duration is obtained. The method of earning value is used to analyze the progress of the project. Through the above-mentioned applied research, the project schedule is effectively planned, tracked and controlled, so that the project can proceed smoothly within the prescribed time, and finally the target requirements of the GDL plant construction project by GD are realized. At the same time, it also provides a certain reference for the progress management of the construction project in GD.
