量化项目管理方法及其在核电站建造中的应用

【摘要】：提出了我国核电站建造量化项目管理的概念，并着重介绍了量化项目管理的量化方法及实现过程。在此基础上，又给出了核电站建造量化项目管理的简单实例。最后，展望了我国核电建设中量化管理方法的应用前景。
[Abstract]:The concept of quantitative project management for nuclear power plant construction in China is put forward, and the quantization method and realization process of quantitative project management are emphatically introduced. On this basis, a simple example of quantitative project management for nuclear power plant construction is given. Finally, the application prospect of quantitative management method in nuclear power construction in China is prospected.
