复杂环境下新光快速路南洲立交桥钢箱梁施工方案的风险研究

【摘要】:新光快速路南洲立交桥位于广州市海珠区南环快速路与新光快速路交汇点,采用三层互通式立交形式,本次新建工程是在原有线路的基础上进行扩建,增加互通匝道,增加的匝道旁有交通要道、河涌、已建桥梁或道路,这就涉及到吊装方法的一个很重要内容,要顺利在已有构筑物上施工。本次综合技术方案应用于新建I匝道I0~I8和K匝道K0~K2、K5~K8之间的钢箱梁。钢箱梁采用单箱三室结构,采用两联跨、三联跨、四联跨等几种安装形式,线路总长约425延米,并有平曲线、竖曲线。论文首先设计了新光快速路南洲立交桥的项目管理体系,制定了项目目标,确定了相应的项目管理组织,并建立了质量、工期、成本、安全管理体系。论文针对新光快速路南洲立交桥的工程难点——复杂环境下施工,进行了多种施工方法的方案比选,并确定了不同地形选择不同的施工方案。论文给出了适合于一些软质地基、跨河涌和跨高速公路地形,由于现场位置限制,吊机不能够直接吊装就位,需先吊装到某一位置,然后对钢箱梁进行水平或垂直推拉就位的复杂环境。论文进一步分析了各种施工方法存在的风险因素,并对所识别的风险因素进行了评估,最终给出了风险应对措施。本文针对现场复杂的环境,对钢箱梁施工综合技术进行了技术研究和攻关后,应用了该施工技术成果,通过在该工程的施工实践,在复杂环境下城市立交桥的钢箱梁综合施工方面取得了较好的施工经验,确保施工安全,节约成本,并使全桥质量及线形达到设计及规范要求,论文结论有利于新光快速路南洲立交桥钢箱梁施工项目的开展,有助于实现项目目标。
[Abstract]:The Nanzhou Interchange of Xinguang Express Road is located at the intersection of Nanhuan Expressway and Xinguang Expressway in Haizhu District, Guangzhou City. It adopts the form of three-storey interchange. The new project is to expand on the basis of the existing line and increase the interchange ramp. The added ramps have major traffic routes, river surges, bridges or roads already built, which involves a very important aspect of the lifting method, which requires the smooth construction of existing structures. The scheme is applied to steel box girder between I ramp I0~I8 and K ramp K 0 / K 2 and K 5 / K 8. The steel box girder adopts the structure of single box and three rooms, adopts two-span, three-span, four-span and so on. The total length of the line is about 425 Yanmeters, and there are horizontal curve and vertical curve. Firstly, the project management system of Nanzhou overpass on Xinguang Expressway is designed, the project target is formulated, the corresponding project management organization is determined, and the quality, time limit, cost and safety management system are established. In view of the construction difficulty of Nanzhou overpass of Xinguang Expressway under the complex environment, this paper compares and selects various construction methods, and determines different construction schemes with different terrain selection. The paper gives that it is suitable for some soft foundation, cross-river gushing and cross-highway topography. Due to the limitation of site location, the crane can not be directly mounted in position, so it needs to be lifted to a certain position first. Then the steel box girder is pushed and pulled horizontally or vertically in the complex environment. The paper further analyzes the risk factors existing in various construction methods, and evaluates the identified risk factors, and finally gives the risk response measures. In view of the complex environment on the spot, this paper has carried on the technical research and the key problem to the steel box girder construction comprehensive technology, has applied the construction technical achievement, through the construction practice in this project, In the complex environment, the comprehensive construction of steel box girder of urban overpass has gained better construction experience, ensures construction safety, saves cost, and makes the quality and alignment of the whole bridge meet the requirements of design and specification. The conclusion of the paper is beneficial to the development of the steel box girder construction project of Nanzhou overpass on Xinguang Express Road and to the realization of the project goal.
