移动外勤管理应用中项目管理子系统的设计与实现

【摘要】：在传统的外勤管理模式中,外勤人员之间沟通不够流畅,现场数据不能实时采集,申请审批不及时,管理人员不能随时监督外勤人员工作,企业对外勤人员的管理效率不高,不能实时掌握外勤人员的工作数据。为了更好的满足企业对外勤人员管理的需要,提高外勤人员的工作效率,本文提出了移动外勤管理应用系统。外勤人员通过移动终端对信息进行及时反馈,从而解决企业在外勤人员管理中遇到的问题。移动外勤管理应用系统是一个企事业单位委托项目,本文主要设计和实现了系统中的项目管理子系统,它分为私信聊天,项目管理和申请批复三个模块。全文首先简单介绍了移动管理应用系统在企业管理中的意义,阐述了与系统开发相关的技术,分析总结了市场上相关应用的优缺点。其次,针对当前外勤人员管理中所面临的问题,分析了市场和用户需求,提出了移动外勤管理应用系统的系统设计目标,阐述了系统的总体功能架构和逻辑架构,并将项目管理子系统划分为私信聊天,项目管理和申请批复三个模块。然后,根据系统功能和逻辑架构设计,详细描述了项目子系统中私信聊天,项目管理和申请批复等模块的具体实现,并将各个模块所需要的图片异步加载,数据库访问,网络请求和异常上报等功能作为公共模块来实现,以便于系统的维护和扩展。最后,对项目管理子系统进行了功能测试和性能测试,测试结果表明项目管理子系统实现了私信聊天功能、项目管理功能和申请批复功能,系统性能情况良好。
[Abstract]:In the traditional field management model, the communication between the field personnel is not smooth enough, the field data cannot be collected in real time, the application approval is not timely, the management staff cannot supervise the work of the field personnel at any time, and the management efficiency of the enterprise to the field personnel is not high. Can't grasp the field personnel's working data in real time. In order to better meet the needs of enterprises for field management and improve the work efficiency of field staff, this paper proposes a mobile field management application system. The field staff feedback the information in time through the mobile terminal, so as to solve the problems encountered by the enterprise in the management of the field personnel. The mobile field management application system is a project commissioned by enterprises and institutions. This paper mainly designs and implements the project management subsystem of the system, which is divided into three modules: private mail chat, project management and application approval. Firstly, this paper briefly introduces the significance of mobile management application system in enterprise management, expounds the technologies related to system development, and analyzes and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of related applications in the market. Secondly, aiming at the current problems in field personnel management, this paper analyzes the market and user requirements, puts forward the system design objectives of mobile field management application system, and expounds the overall functional architecture and logical architecture of the system. The project management subsystem is divided into three modules: private chat, project management and application approval. Then, according to the system function and logical architecture design, detailed description of the project subsystem of private mail chat, project management and application approval module specific implementation, and each module needs to asynchronously load pictures, database access, and so on. The functions of network request and exception reporting are realized as common modules, so as to facilitate the maintenance and expansion of the system. Finally, the function test and performance test of the project management subsystem are carried out. The test results show that the project management subsystem realizes the function of private mail chat, the project management function and the application approval function, and the performance of the system is good.
