项目地区不同时期孕产妇住院分娩的相关影响因素分析

【摘要】：目的: 通过对 2001年和 2003年项目地区孕产妇住院分娩影响因素的比较, 进一步调整和加强项目管理, 提出优先干预措施, 促进母婴安全。方法 : 采用多阶段随机抽样方法抽取样本, 运用SPSS10 0对资料进行相关和回归分析。结果 :经过干预, 项目地区孕产妇住院分娩率已由 46 .17%上升到 76 22%, 两年的多因素分析结果分别显示, 产前检查和乡卫生院顺产花费是影响孕产妇住院分娩的主要原因; 另外, “若急调车辆免费, 是否住院分娩和乡村距离” (2001年) 及“动员住院分娩和乡县距离” (2003年) 也是影响孕产妇住院分娩的主要原因。结论 : 通过两年的调查, 影响孕产妇住院分娩的因素有所改变,说明某些干预是有效的。为提高孕产妇住院分娩率, 还应加强基本卫生服务建设, 提高相关医护人员的业务素质, 加强对孕产妇及其家人的宣传教育, 降低住院费用, 为孕产妇创造便利的就医条件。
[Abstract]:Objective: to further adjust and strengthen project management and put forward priority intervention measures to promote maternal and infant safety by comparing the influencing factors of in-hospital delivery between 2001 and 2003. Methods: multi-stage random sampling method was used to take samples, and SPSS10 0 was used to analyze the correlation and regression of the data. Results: after intervention, the hospital delivery rate of pregnant and lying-in women in the project area increased from 46.17% to 76.22%. The results of two-year multivariate analysis showed that the hospital delivery rate of pregnant and lying-in women in the project area had increased from 46.17% to 76.22%. Antenatal care and the cost of spontaneous delivery in township health centers are the main reasons that affect the in-hospital delivery of pregnant and lying-in women. In addition, "if the emergency transfer of vehicles is free, whether hospital delivery and rural distance" (2001) and "mobilizing hospital delivery and rural distance" (2003) are also the main reasons affecting maternal and lying-in hospital delivery. Conclusion: through two years of investigation, the factors affecting in-hospital delivery of pregnant and lying-in women have changed, which indicates that some interventions are effective. In order to improve the rate of hospitalization and delivery of pregnant and lying-in women, we should also strengthen the construction of basic health services, improve the professional quality of relevant medical and nursing staff, strengthen the propaganda and education of pregnant women and their families, and reduce the cost of hospitalization. Create convenient medical treatment conditions for pregnant and lying-in women.
