基于APQP的新产品开发项目质量管理方法研究

【摘要】:为响应国家环保要求,在汽车动力系统应用新能源成为发展趋势。随着特斯拉的成功上市,把锂电池替代汽油应用在汽车动力系统上成为了可能。而锂电池最先是应用在电子产品上的,在汽车上应用锂电池的要求和在用在电子产品上的要求有着很大的区别。锂电池属于高科技产品,存在研发成本高,生产周期长,质量一致性难以保证等问题。另外,市场是不断变化的,如果不能快速推出有竞争力的新产品就可能导致顾客的流失。因此,高效率的研发流程是每个锂电企业所追求的目标。且锂电企业也将加入到汽车行业中,对企业的生产管理提出更高的要求:首先必须符合TS16949质量管理技术规范标准的要求,并要在新产品的开发流程中应用项目管理的方法。本文研究了如何符合TSl6949质量管理技术规范的要求,同时应用APQP、FMEA、SPC、MSA、PPAP这五大质量工具来建立新产品开发流程。整个研究建立在JV公司的锂离子电池产品的基础上,文章首先简要介绍了TS16949和APQP,明确建立新产品开发流程的必要性;然后选取公司一款应用与汽车上的锂离子电池产品为例,详细陈述了在此型号电池上APQP流程的应用。最后得出结论,企业可以按照APQP流程来建立和开发新产品。通过此流程的应用,缩短了新型号电池的开发周期,由之前的半年缩短到了5个月,同时新品的直通率由78%提高到了86%。其中,五大质量工具是核心,通过在JV公司的应用为企业带来巨大的经济效益,也值得其他同行业的公司参考。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the requirements of national environmental protection, the application of new energy in automobile power system has become a development trend. With the successful listing of Tesla, it is possible to use lithium battery instead of gasoline in automobile power system. Lithium battery was first used in electronic products. There is a great difference between the requirements of using lithium battery in automobile and the requirement of using lithium battery in electronic products. Lithium battery belongs to high-tech products, which has many problems, such as high research and development cost, long production cycle, difficult to guarantee quality consistency and so on. In addition, the market is constantly changing, if we can not quickly launch competitive new products can lead to customer loss. Therefore, the efficient R & D process is the goal pursued by every lithium power enterprise. Lithium electric enterprises will also join the automobile industry, put forward higher requirements for the production management of enterprises: first of all, we must meet the requirements of TS16949 quality management technical specifications, and apply the method of project management in the development process of new products. In this paper, how to meet the requirements of TSl6949 quality management technical specification is studied, and the five quality tools of APQP,FMEA,SPC,MSA,PPAP are used to establish the new product development process. The whole research is based on the lithium-ion battery products of JV Company. firstly, this paper briefly introduces the necessity of establishing the new product development process clearly by TS16949 and APQP,. Then a company application and automotive lithium-ion battery products are selected as an example, and the application of APQP process on this type of battery is described in detail. Finally, it is concluded that enterprises can establish and develop new products according to APQP process. Through the application of this process, the development cycle of the new battery is shortened, from the previous half a year to five months, and the pass-through rate of the new product is increased from 78% to 86%. Among them, the five quality tools are the core, through the application in JV company to bring huge economic benefits to enterprises, but also worthy of reference by other companies in the same industry.
