GSM网络端到端质量改进项目研究

【摘要】:网络质量是移动用户直接感知的服务质量,是移动通信企业的生命线。近年来,随着移动通信网络技术的发展和用户规模的不断增长,加上智能终端的普及,中国移动通信公司的网络设备数量与业务量均成倍增长。与此同时,随着业务种类的不断增加,用户的针对网络质量的投诉数量也在显著增长。在移动网络运维管理工作中,以面向网络为主的传统网络质量指标体系与客户感知的网络质量之间出现背离现象,网络中出现传统的测试指标、无线与核心网性能统计指标结果很好,但客户感知却不断下降的情况。网络质量管理工作作为一项综合性与系统性的工作,其重要性与复杂性不言而喻。论文结合四川移动GSM网络端到端质量改进项目工作开展实施的具体过程,采用文献研究与实证研究相结合的方法,运用项目管理方法,将四川移动通信公司网络质量改进作为一个项目,首先分析了GSM网络端到端质量指标体系,建立了项目的目标,阐述了质量改进项目的过程,最后建立了贴近客户感知的网络质量管理工作的方法、流程。论文首先介绍了项目管理的基本理论。随后在GSM网络端到端质量改进项目概述中介绍四川移动公司在网络质量管理中面临的困难与项目实施的背景,阐述项目开展的基本思路与方法。接下来通过对GSM网络端到端质量改进项目目标分析,对网络端到端质量指标结构进行了详细讲解。通过将GSM网络端到端质量改进项目的实施过程作为研究对象,具体对项目的实施过程、方法与效果进行详细分析,说明在网络质量管理过程中实施项目管理的必要性。最后文章对研究的结果进行分析和总结,提出后续的改进方向,以期对移动网络质量管理工作的进一步完善与提高提出参考建议。通过本文的分析,证明了在移动网络质量管理工作中采用项目管理的方法和工具,能够为复杂的系统性工作组织与实施以及目标实现提供有效的保障。同时本研究的成果所具有的实践意义也能够对后续开展此类综合性的专项工作起到指导作用。
[Abstract]:Network quality is the quality of service directly perceived by mobile users and the lifeline of mobile communication enterprises. In recent years, with the development of mobile communication network technology and the continuous growth of user scale, coupled with the popularity of intelligent terminals, the number of network equipment and business volume of Chinese mobile communication companies have doubled. At the same time, with the continuous increase of business types, the number of complaints about network quality is also increasing significantly. In the management of mobile network operation and maintenance, there is a deviation between the traditional network quality index system oriented to the network and the network quality perceived by the customer, and the traditional test index appears in the network. The performance statistical index of wireless and core network is very good, but the customer perception is declining. As a comprehensive and systematic work, the importance and complexity of network quality management is self-evident. Combined with the concrete process of implementing the end-to-end quality improvement project of Sichuan Mobile GSM network, this paper adopts the method of literature research and empirical research, and uses the project management method to take the network quality improvement of Sichuan Mobile Communication Company as a project. Firstly, it analyzes the end-to-end quality index system of GSM network, establishes the goal of the project, and expounds the process of the quality improvement project. Finally, the method and process of network quality management close to customer perception are established. Firstly, the paper introduces the basic theory of project management. Then, in the overview of GSM network end-to-end quality improvement project, this paper introduces the difficulties faced by Sichuan Mobile Company in network quality management and the background of project implementation, and expounds the basic ideas and methods of the project development. Then, through the analysis of the GSM network end-to-end quality improvement project objectives, the network end-to-end quality index structure is explained in detail. By taking the implementation process of GSM network end-to-end quality improvement project as the research object, the implementation process, method and effect of the project are analyzed in detail, and the necessity of implementing project management in the process of network quality management is explained. Finally, the paper analyzes and summarizes the results of the study, and puts forward the direction of subsequent improvement, in order to further improve and improve the quality management of mobile networks. Through the analysis of this paper, it is proved that the application of project management methods and tools in mobile network quality management can provide an effective guarantee for the organization and implementation of complex systematic work and the realization of goals. At the same time, the practical significance of the results of this study can also play a guiding role in the follow-up to this kind of comprehensive special work.
