电焊机IEC/ISO标准翻译项目实践报告

随着我国经济的不断发展,同国外在技术、经济、科技、文化等领域的交流不断增强,尤其是中国加入WTO以后,各行各业开始向国际化水平看齐。标准文献作为科技文献的一部分也开始同国际接轨。但目前我国在一些行业,尤其是机械行业的标准研究、验证和制定一直与国际标准组织IEC和ISO以及发达地区和国家的标准存在较大的差距,因而这些行业的检验检测技术和设备在很大程度上仍依赖于进口。在这种情况下,对国外标准文献的研究与分析就显得尤为重要,而文献翻译也成为了不可或缺的环节。通过对国际标准文献的翻译,不仅有利于我国工程技术人员学习国外的先进技术,也有利于我国自主知识产权的不断创新。本文是一篇有关电焊机IEC/ISO国际标准文献的翻译项目报告。原文为英文,共十一册约70000字,内容涉及焊接电源、冷却系统、送丝装置、变压器、焊炬、机械和电气要求等多个部分。本文选取的对照译文部分属于冷却系统部分的内容,涉及原文约5000字。本报告包含四个部分。第一部分是翻译项目概况描述,在介绍项目背景的同时对标准文献的文本特征进行了分析。第二部分是译前准备,包含平行文本的阅读和收集、翻译标准的确定,以及翻译计划的制定。第三部分着重...
