基于用户体验的网站界面设计研究

【摘要】：随着体验经济时代的到来，用户体验成为衡量网站界面设计成功与否的重要标准之一。如今的网站界面设计无论在理论还是实践方面都有了很大进步，已经成功实现很多优秀案例，但是仍然存在部分网站界面没有淋漓尽致的体现“以用户为中心”的理念。本文首先通过研究用户体验设计的相关理论及方法，明确网站界面设计的用户研究方法，并提出基于用户体验的网站界面设计流程；其次重点对网站界面交互设计进行了研究，结合认知心理学、色彩心理学、格塔式心理学等学科，分别从用户的视觉体验、交互体验、情感体验三方面，深入分析影响网站界面的每个因素，探索出基于用户体验的网站界面设计原则和方法；再次提出基于用户体验的网站界面设计评估的原则和方法，并解决了用户体验中反馈的问题；最后通过西安工程大学工业设计研究中心网站界面设计的实例，验证网站界面设计方法和评估方法的合理性。为相关理论的研究做出了贡献，为网站界面设计的发展提供了思路。具体内容展开如下：第1章阐述了研究背景、现状、目的和意义，结合相关研究背景及现状，提出论文的研究方法、研究内容和框架。第2章研究了用户需求、用户模型建立的方法以及用户体验信息的获取方法，分析了用户体验的影响因素，提出了基于用户体验的网站界面设计流程。第3章首先介绍了网站界面设计的基础理论；其次结合认知心理学、色彩心理学、格塔式心理学等学科，分别从用户的视觉体验、交互体验、情感体验三方面对网站界面设计进行深入具体分析，主要包括：网站界面文字、图形、色彩、版式的分析；网站界面隐喻和导航交互性分析；网站界面趣味性和人性化分析。为后续基于用户体验的网站界面设计原则和方法的提出做好充分准备。第4章是在第3章基于用户体验的网站界面设计分析的基础上，提出基于用户体验的网站界面设计原则和方法，分别从用户视觉体验、交互体验、情感体验三方面具体提出，主要包括：网站界面文字、图形、色彩、版式设计的原则和方法；网站界面隐喻和导航设计的原则和方法；网站界面趣味性和人性化设计的原则和方法。第5章提出基于用户体验的网站界面设计评估的原则、方法以及评估中问题分级的方法。第6章为实例应用阶段。在第2章网站界面设计流程、用户研究方法以及第4章提出的基于用户体验的网站界面设计方法和原则的指导下，结合西安工程大学工业设计研究中心的功能和特点，认真完成西安工程大学工业设计研究中心网站片头设计和界面设计，，提出两套方案；并结合第5章提出的评估方法对方案二进行评估，评估结果表明该方案原型能够在基于用户体验的基础上顺利实现，证明本文研究方法的合理性。第7章对论文成果、创新点和不足之处做了总结，并明确了下一步研究工作。
[Abstract]:With the advent of the era of experience economy , user experience becomes one of the most important standards to measure the success of web interface design . Today ' s website interface design has made great progress in both theory and practice , and many excellent cases have been successfully realized , but there are still some websites that do not vividly reflect the idea of " taking user as the center " . Firstly , through the study of the relevant theories and methods of user experience design , the user research method of website interface design is clarified , and the web interface design flow based on user experience is put forward . Secondly , the design principles and methods of web interface design based on user experience are deeply analyzed . Chapter 1 sets forth the research background , the present situation , the purpose and the significance , and combines the relevant research background and the present situation , and puts forward the research methods , the research contents and the framework of the paper . Chapter 2 studies the user ' s demand , the method of user model establishment and the method of user experience information acquisition , analyzes the influencing factors of user experience , and puts forward the website interface design flow based on user experience . The third chapter introduces the basic theory of website interface design . Secondly , combining cognitive psychology , color psychology and lattice psychology , the author makes an in - depth analysis on the web interface design from three aspects of user ' s visual experience , interactive experience and emotional experience . It mainly includes : website interface text , graphic , color , layout analysis ; website interface metaphor and navigation interactive analysis ; website interface interest and humanized analysis . Chapter 4 is based on the web interface design analysis of user experience in Chapter 3 , and puts forward the design principles and methods of web interface design based on user experience , including the principles and methods of user ' s visual experience , interactive experience and emotional experience . Chapter 5 proposes the principles , methods and methods of evaluating the problems in the evaluation of web interface design based on user experience . Chapter 6 is an example application stage . Under the guidance of web interface design flow , user research method and user experience - based website interface design method and principles proposed in Chapter 2 , the design and interface design of the website of Xi ' an Engineering University ' s industrial design research center is completed , two sets of schemes are put forward , and the evaluation method proposed in Chapter 5 is combined to evaluate the scheme 2 . The evaluation results show that the prototype can be successfully realized on the basis of user experience , which proves the rationality of the research method in this paper . Chapter 7 summarizes the achievements , innovation points and shortcomings of the thesis , and clarifies the next research work .
