基于生命周期的信息传播模型构建与研究

【摘要】:随着互联网技术和无线通讯技术的快速发展,社交媒体已经逐渐成为主流信息交流平台之一。手机用户群体作为最大的社交媒体用户群体之一,在信息分享、在线商务、电子营销、网络新闻等领域发挥了十分巨大的作用,带来了重要的经济价值和人文价值。因此,在手机用户网络中,对于信息扩散方面的研究,正在逐渐引起国内外学术界的高度重视,成为当前的热点研究课题之一。 对于传播过程的研究,通常需要从对传播模型的研究入手,这样可以更准确的模拟信息在网络中的传播过程,为进一步研究提供依据。社交媒体上的信息,往往都是存在其生命周期的。从信息在网络中出现开始,,需要经历“酝酿期-爆发期-消解期”的过程。在生命周期的各个阶段,信息传播的特点各不相同。本文通过对信息生命周期进行分析,得到如下特点: (1)用户第一次收到信息时对是否接受该信息所做的判断,是不会改变的; (2)在信息生命周期的不同阶段,用户接受信息的概率是变化的,酝酿期较低,爆发期非常高,消解期非常低。 基于上述特点,本文对当前信息传播领域的经典模型进行了归纳总结,并且重点研究了疾病传播理论及相关的信息传播模型,通过对这些模型的总结分析,结合信息生命周期各阶段的传播特点,提出了一种基于生命周期的信息传播模型。该模型考虑了用户在信息传播的不同阶段,接受信息的可能性问题各不相同。然后,从网络建模、传播模型构建、传播流程图、传播示意图等方面,对该模型进行了详细介绍。 为了更好的对该模型进行研究,本文选取ER模型和BA模型生成模型网络数据,以该传播模型为基础进行信息传播模拟实验,首先对网络平均度、网络拓扑结构、相互接受概率等三种因素与信息传播范围的关系进行研究,结果如下: (1)信息传播范围随着网络平均度的增大而增大; (2)BA模型网络的信息传播范围大于ER模型网络,但这一差距会随着网络平均度的增大而减小; (3)随着节点间相互接受概率的增大,传播范围增大。 进一步,为了研究传播源点的选取方法,本文从网络中节点所处位置的重要性入手,对现有的三种网络节点重要性指标,包括度中心性、介数中心性、紧密度中心性等进行了研究。通过在网络中选取这三种指标较大的节点作为传播源点,与随机选取方法进行对比模拟实验,通过分析实验数据,可以得出,在ER网络和BA网络上,选取度中心性和介数中心性较大的节点作为传播源点,其传播范围更大,效果更好。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of Internet technology and wireless communication technology, social media has gradually become one of the mainstream information exchange platforms. Electronic marketing, network news and other fields have played a very important role, bringing important economic and human value. Therefore, in the mobile phone user network, the research on information diffusion, The academic circles at home and abroad are paying more and more attention to it and become one of the hot research topics. For the study of the communication process, we usually need to start with the study of the communication model, so that we can more accurately simulate the process of information spread in the network, and provide the basis for further research. Often there is a life cycle. Starting with the presence of information in the network, the process of "brewing, erupting, dissolving," occurs at all stages of the life cycle. The characteristics of information dissemination are different. Through the analysis of the life cycle of information, the following characteristics are obtained:. 1) the judgment made by the user on whether or not to accept the information will not change when he receives the information for the first time; 2) in the different stages of the information life cycle, the probability of the user accepting the information is changed, the gestation period is low, the outbreak period is very high, and the digestion period is very low. Based on the above characteristics, this paper summarizes the current classical models in the field of information transmission, and focuses on the study of disease transmission theory and related information transmission models, through the summary and analysis of these models, According to the characteristics of each stage of information life cycle, a life cycle based information dissemination model is proposed. The model considers the possibility of users receiving information at different stages of information dissemination. The model is introduced in detail from network modeling, propagation model construction, propagation flow chart and propagation schematic. In order to study the model better, this paper selects ER model and BA model to generate model network data, and carries on the information propagation simulation experiment based on the transmission model. The relationship between the probability of mutual acceptance and the scope of information dissemination is studied. The results are as follows:. 1) the range of information transmission increases with the increase of network average; The information propagation range of the model network is larger than that of the ER model network, but the gap will decrease with the increase of the average degree of the network. 3) with the increase of mutual acceptance probability between nodes, the propagation range increases. Furthermore, in order to study the selection method of propagation source point, this paper starts with the importance of the location of nodes in the network, and discusses three kinds of network node importance indexes, including degree centrality, intermediate centrality, and so on. Through selecting these three kinds of nodes as the transmission source point in the network, and comparing with the random selection method, we can get, by analyzing the experimental data, In ER network and BA network, the nodes with greater degree of centrality and centricity of medium are chosen as the source points of propagation, and the propagation range is larger and the effect is better.
