So it is a key point how to select replica server for mobile client. It propose Client Centered Load Distribution mechanism to guarantee the availability and responsibility of mobile learning and realization this mechanism at WAP gateway in this paper.

移动学习是一种移动计算环境中的WEB服务 ,可采用复制WEB服务器的策略提高响应性 .移动数据库技术的三级复制机制能比较完美地适应移动学习过程的特性 .对于其第一级复制———服务器级复制存在这样的特点 :分布于不同的地理位置的多个复制服务器 ,能为用户提供的服务质量是不同的 ,而且是动态变化的 .所以如何选择复制服务器为移动用户提供服务是一个关键问题 .提出了以客户为中心的负荷分布机制保证移动学习的可用性和响应性 ,并选择在WAP网关实现该机制 .

Learning resource is an important component in a learning system and what the learners would study. This paper mainly discusses how to organize the learning resource so as to make the mobile learning system more effective. According to the standard research result of learning resource over the world and the theory of mobile database, it proposes a learning resource management model in mobile learning system over CDMA(MLSC RMM). MLSC RMM is divided into two: one is the learning object model; the other is the learning resource base model. The learning object model adopts learning object metadata, and the learning resource base model adopts three tier replication architecture.
