【摘要】：随着医院信息化的建设和发展，使医学影像信息的数字化保存处理成为可能并提供了大量有价值的信息数据。医院统一信息化也日益发展成熟。当前我国少量医院都已经有了根据HIS制定的院级的统一心电，放射、超声，CT的信息系统，但是由于设备昂贵，标准混乱等原因，这种统一的系统在中小型医院和社区得不到普及，这就阻碍了信息化的发展。本课题的着重点针对中小型医院和社区基于web医学影像调阅系统，顾名思义，就是在同一个数据平台上调阅病人的各种信息，减少了医生到处查询的麻烦，以达到方便快捷的目的。本课题的主要目标就是创建统一的web调阅系统，以使医生可以在同一系统上查看病人的报告信息，方便查阅。通过使用本论文完成的SQL数据库，医生可以在基于web医学影像调阅系统上查阅病人的心电，超声，放射等报告信息。系统对把其他数据库数据上传到统一索引数据库的过程进行了实现，这样就可以在系统上调用其他数据显示。该系统通过实验室环境的测试，侧重点是使中小型医院和社区的医学数据可以统一显示，，并且能够普遍应用。
[Abstract]:With the construction and development of hospital informatization, digital preservation and processing of medical image information becomes possible and provides a large number of valuable information data. At present, a small number of hospitals in our country already have unified ECG, radiation, ultrasound and CT information systems at the hospital level developed according to HIS. However, due to expensive equipment and chaotic standards, This unified system in small and medium hospitals and communities can not be popularized, which hinders the development of information technology. This topic focuses on the small and medium-sized hospitals and communities based on the web medical image retrieval system, as the name implies, that is, in the same data platform to read all kinds of information of patients, and reduce the trouble of doctors searching everywhere. In order to achieve the purpose of convenience. The main goal of this project is to create a unified web access system, so that doctors can view the patient's report information on the same system and make it easy to consult. By using the SQL database completed in this paper, Doctors can check patients' ECG, ultrasound, radiation and other information on the medical image retrieval system based on web. The system has realized the process of uploading other database data to the unified index database. This allows other data displays to be invoked on the system. The system is tested in laboratory environment, focusing on the unified display of medical data in small and medium-sized hospitals and communities and its universal application.
