OPC技术和工业以太网在炭素阳极生产中的研究与应用

【摘要】:以电解铝炭素生阳极生产系统为背景,综合运用OPC技术和工业以太网,对如DCS、FCS、PLC和智能仪表等异构网络在网络级与接口级上的同构化集成问题上进行研究。通过PLC硬件与OPCServer组态,实现监控中心与下位PLC系统的通信;整个网络采用分散控制、集中管理的布置方式,最大程度满足工艺生产和用户需求。该系统支持开放和通用的以太网、TCP/IP和相关的技术,使自动化系统易于与MES和ERP系统无缝连接。经过实际测试和运行,网络系统构成灵活、数据读取实时性好,可靠性强,便于系统升级和扩展。
[Abstract]:Based on the production system of electrolytic aluminum carbon anode, the isomorphism integration of heterogeneous networks such as OPC and intelligent instruments at the network level and interface level is studied by using OPC technology and industrial Ethernet.The communication between the monitoring center and the lower PLC system is realized through the configuration of PLC hardware and OPCServer, and the whole network adopts decentralized control and centralized management to meet the needs of process production and users.The system supports open and universal Ethernet IP / IP and related technologies, making it easy for automation systems to seamlessly connect with MES and ERP systems.After practical test and operation, the network system is flexible, real-time data reading, strong reliability, easy to upgrade and expand the system.
